I love the white HyperX Quadcast S microphone because it's affordable, and it makes my CZcams videos, streams, and podcasts colorful and aesthetically pleasing to watch. It does come in black too for those who like that look better. It has a built in pop filter which the Blue Yeti does not. I find the sound clear and crisp and with the shock mount stand, I don't pick up noise from moving items around my desk like my laptop or notes when filming. The coolest feature besides the color change is the easy tap-to-mute feature, which I demo for you in the video. I can imagine this would be awesome for Gaming to match the hyper gamers try to create by matching their game scenes, and I know it makes live streaming fun too because of the color change and sleek look of this microphone. Overall, I this is an exceptional mic for beginner podcasters or CZcamsrs or even more experienced content creators who want to elevate the look of their videos or invest in higher quality sound.

is this just audio out of the box? and also should i upgrade from a fifine k658 to a hyperx quad cast s?

It is! It comes fully assembled and it’s truly plug it in and ready to use. My setup includes me recording into the software called Camtasia. I did not have to edit the gain or volume in the program. I also don’t clean up the background noise or audio bc I don’t really need to or have time for that. So I think it’s awesome. I can’t speak about the fifine since I haven’t used it myself. :)
