Caveat Emptor seems to apply still but the TA6 form should surely be requested by anyone purchasing a house.
Either way, nice new signs have gone up warning everyone about our barbed wire, security and dogs.

I guess it's a bit of a tradeoff between getting rid of a nasty neighbour and putting off potential new neighbours by making sure that the disputes are known about.
