- Today AD is welcomed to Los Angeles by award-winning singer-songwriter and actor Demi Lovato to tour her trippy modern farmhouse. With six bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across 8,500 square feet, the spacious Studio City property provided the blank canvas that Lovato had always dreamed about. Imbuing her new home with life alongside Argyle Design founders Kat Bell and James Drew was a process that paralleled her own personal journey. Every inch of the space embodies her personality-and the sense of fluidity that continues to shape her identity.

How come whenever there is a home that isn’t a neat white/grey/tan minimalist farmhouse people call “tacky”. Demi’s house has personality and I respect it. People need to be less scared of using color lol
@Robb bless your heart for still believing your home is supposed to follow trends and look like everyone else’s. Only sheep create a home to look like something out a catalog. You won’t find another home that looks like Demi’s and it makes her happy therefore she did more than you ever will. Also she isn’t setting an example she is simply showing you her home. That doesn’t mean she’s asking for your opinion or advice.
Definitely young, fun, and playful vibes. I love when people's homes actually seem representative of them, and not what some interior designer thinks will qualify as "understated elegance" but end up being bland.

This was not what I was expecting at all. Demi has such a unique sense of style everything is so beautiful. Thank you for this video. I enjoyed seeing this. Also. I love how Demi knew all of the artists names for all the art pieces in her home. Most celebrities I’ve seen doing something similar to this either don’t mention the artists name or don’t know it at all. Respect to her for that.

The cool thing is how the interior design balanced a lot of colours and patterns. It keeps the eyes moving, without feeling overwhelming or maximalist. Also a big fan of the natural touches throughout the home - whether floral or stone.

I'm very impressed by how intelligent, articulate, and well spoken Demi is. Her home is wonderfully playful and sophisticated at the same time.
It’s great that she’s supporting young artist. The house looks like a fun museum, full of colors and contemporary art. It’s just not my vibe at all, I think it’s too much stuff all together. But the house is completely her style. It’s so nice to be able to design your house however you want.
I agree, it's totally reflecting her taste/personality to a T, it's very maximalist, a little too busy in my taste level, but for her it's perfect if it makes her happy! Absolutely LOVE her pet area, wish we could have that for our pup!

Every room is so unexpected and unique. Houses that follow a theme are cool, but it's so refreshing and nice to see something where you never really know what you're getting into next. The art pieces are spectacular, and I love how unique this house is.

I really thought that we will see a black and red house and a lot of guitars in it but no this place looks like heaven I enjoyed Demi showing us her masterpieces and explaining the reason why she chose them and what she likes in every room also the way that she remembers the name of every artist who helped her creating this magnifique place is awesome I love this house.

Fun and unique. She did what she wanted and I like that about this home. Lots of homeowners are trying to appeal to others or show off. Demi seems to have done whatever she wanted without trying to follow a specific esthetic or a designer. I wish more homes were personalized like that.

Idk why we need to cater to these very clear mental health issues, rather than try to resolve them. It is not normal to hate yourself so much that you’re willing to change your entire identity, look and even body. We don’t tolerate it when it comes to ‘transracial’ or ‘transabled’ people or any other serious dysphoria or dissociative disorder (we can even unanimously agree that people who do excessive cosmetic surgery to look like actual Barbie dolls is completely unhealthy and not to be encouraged), so why do we do it when it comes to genders which - like it or not - is inherently tied to sex/biology? Why do we need to bend reality for those that can’t even decide for themselves what their own reality is each week? I love that she takes risks with her decorating. She said that every room is special and normally I don’t like rooms that don’t flow into each other but in this case I felt like there was a vibe that was carried through the house. The colors were all different but there was a cohesive feel. I wish it would have been a little more lived in, not so cold but maybe she’s just super neat?

I’m so relieved by Demi’s home. I would have cried if it were white on white and hey more white everywhere which I’ve seen lately or worse varying shades of gray. I love color and Demi’s home is an original, unique delight. It fits her perfectly. I love that she supports up and coming artists. The chandelier in the Reception Room is like a “whisper of elegance” and perfect for a very maximist room and is my favourite in that room. It almost vanishes then whispers its presence now and then! I just LOVE it!

This house neither the sims nor Minecraft full of mods could overcome this paradise patio, with those super adorable squirrels, with that beautiful little pig, with those playful and precious puppies, that shiny and shiny floor, those bright and extraordinary walls, that shiny and beautiful ceiling with lamps that not even Ikea sells, a kitchen that not even Masterchef would dare to cook because of how bright it is, those soft and delicate doors...
And finally and the most precious of the house, DEMI LOVATO, with a beautiful and relaxing voice, a nice, welcoming, strong, good-natured energy, a strong, inspiring, cute, warrior, lovable, authentic, funny, empathic, sweet, sassy, unique and perfect personality just the way she is, a smile so bright, sparkling and beautiful you can't resist it, with those bright, authentic, pure coffee autumn brown eyes...
