Hindi overwhelming and intimidating. More like an aura that commands respect. Chef Boy, napakarami mong naiiinspire at maiinspire pa. We love you, Chef Boy Logro!

Thumps up big respect...

Biggest Lesson na natutunan ko kay Chef Boy is: If there is an oppurtunity grab it before it's too late kasi ikaw rin ang mag sisisi kapag na miss mo yun. napaka inspiring talaga ng video na ito nasa tao na talaga kung paano ka didiskarte sa buhay, kasi wala kang mahahanap sa labas mo na makakaapag enable sayo maging better, mayaman, malakas, mabilis o matalino, everything is within talaga kaya seek nothing outside of yourself, lahat yan ay nag eexist sa loob mo.

I take as a part-timer ang Amazon Product Lister at Amazon SEO. Yung sahod na offer way back then was 21k only, ngayon isang linggo ko na lang na 10hrs work, pwera pa sa pagiging Cloud Engineer ko.

I love this episode so much! I once met Chef Boy when I was still working in Cruiseship as he was in our company since he's also a partner Chef. I can definitely and honestly tell as someone who worked in Hotel and Food industries that he's the definition of a great leader in a food industry. He's very inspiring, motivating, super down to earth and super bait unlike any other Executive chef who are very bossy, authoritarian, intimidating and always isolate themselves to lower ranks! MAD RESPECT to Chef Boy given he's just an elementary grad, that doesn't define you as a person and won't be a hindrance in succeeding in life. As long as you're doing the right thing, wala kang natatapakang ibang tao and you're determined to succeed you'll conquer everything!

things that we learned from the interview, and will adopt and apply sa buhay natin:
    - if given the opportunity give your best.
    - wag maging mahiyain and always give everything in your day to day job
    - never chase salary... perfect/master your craft mapa-engineer, doctor, lawyer, chef or kahit ano pa profession mo master and be passionate about your role then money will follow
    - the best of the best in their respective fields are the ones who will always be the highest paid.
    (so be the best.)
    - when you become the boss... wag maging mapag-mataas, makisama at maging mabuti mula sa pinakamababang pwesto hanggang sa pinaka mataas.
    - never stay in a company more than 5yrs ang mga tenured na employee laging mas maliit ng 20-30% ang salary nila compared to newly hired experienced employees.
stay if you are in the upper management position pero if middle management going down just spend 5yrs and move on.
    - Love your Job, Not the Company
    - Forget your Ego, Be humble
    - Build your own business or invest your money... hindi tayo habang buhay pwede mag-work until 60 or 65 lang then ano na source of income mo that time? plan for that.
    - Walang yumayaman sa trabaho, at the end of the day kahit ano pa position mo empleyado ka lang dyan... but if you want na may maiwan sa mga mahal mo sa buhay to secure their future you will need to invest or build your own business... but first mag-ipon ka muna
    - habang buhay ng magiging mababa ang tingin ng tao sayo kahit gaano pa kataas ang position mo due to your educational background, but never give up and wag mo silang pansinin.. keep moving forward
    - be transparent to your wife/husband
    - always give and make time for the Family

Watching this while cooking my baon para bukas knowing na like the culinary world eh papasok din ako sa field na kung saan may superiority na sistema. Hearing chef Boy’s story actually inspires me and motivates me in many ways. Madami rin akong natutunan.
    1. Kung under ka ngayon ng superior mo, learn to let go of your ego (to some extent only).
    2. Educational background is an advantage, yes. You can be an undergrad but still performs well sa work mo, passion.
    3. Experience, experience, experience. Experience is the BEST teacher. Learn to savor every experience.
    4. When opportunity comes, grab it. Not to be mistaken with being impulsive o padalos-dalos, pero kung May opportunity na dumating na sa tingin mo eh makakaangat sayo, kunin mo.
    5. Be a leader, not a dictator. Ang ganda nung way ni chef Boy as an EC, mas maganda nga namang yung mga tao mo eh nagttrabaho with less pressure from you.
    6. Work, save, invest, rest. Learn to go outside the box.

I met Chef Boy in person way back when I was in college. Nagkaron kami ng chance ma experience maturuan ni Chef sa CLICKS, and to tell you honestly, SOBRANG BAIT niya talaga.

The story of Chef Boy Logro applies to any job or circumstances in life. Mapa-boss mo man yan, katrabaho, kakilala, kaibigan. Thanks Ninong Ry for featuring Chef Boy Logro! Looking forward to more inspiring stories at the Back of the House💖

Well, we really don't know ourselves. Because we never can. Just as a knife doesn't cut itself, fire doesn't burn itself. You don't know what you want because you're searching for something that you cannot define. Don't chase things. Just focus on what you have or doing right now. As the backwards law says, the more you pursue something, the more you achieve the opposite of what you truly want and that ends up you getting depressed. Imagine a lake with cloudy water and you want to see the bottom of it. Unless you drain that water you cannot see the bottom of that lake. But if you try to forget that lake and eventually come back later, you will see that the lake is now clear. I hope this helps you bro.

This is one of best videos produced by Ninong Ry. He allowed Chef Boy Logro to tell his humble beginnings. Lots of lessons on humility, hard work, staying grounded, and showing kindness towards others regardless of their background. I was reminded once again to try to exhibit these characteristics.
