  • The new Volkswagen Touareg features as the next car in my video series with Pendle Leasing, taking a look at cars that are slightly more obtainable and in this case for an SUV loaded with the latest and greatest technology!
The new VW Touareg includes Volkswagen's Innovision infotainment system with large interior displays, as well as tech like safety systems and the IQ.Light LED Matrix. This car is the 3.0l turbo diesel V6, ample for daily use with 286hp and 600nm. Let's take a good look around at the exterior and interior before jumping inside to run through the gadgets!
Pendle Lease is proud to sponsor Shmee150 as part of a series of videos aimed at promoting more attainable vehicles for the regular consumer.
Pendle Lease is a nationwide vehicle broker that supplies vehicles covering any make and any model. Leasing for those unfamiliar is where you generally put down an initial payment on a car then make small monthly payments towards the car. It’s a great and easy affordable way to get into a great car for a small amount of money. To check out how much it would cost you to get into your very own Volkswagen Touareg go to here - www.pendlelease.co.uk/car-lea... . We’ve also wrote our own write-up about the Touareg which you can find here - www.pendlelease.co.uk/news/al... . When configuring a car on our website, all the quotes are fully customisable meaning you can change your initial payment, lease length and maintenance requirements to suit your liking. If you’re in the market for a new car our team of car experts would be happy to assist you getting into a vehicle you can get to us via the phone (01277549500) or sales@pendlelease.co.uk

Kevin Koeberling I think because the Aventador is old and CZcamsrs don't like it's drive and gearbox, they'll get on to it eventually but none of them are eager and whilst I personally am a little excited to hear more about it, I honestly couldn't blame them.

If you're thinking sad that it's a diesel, Volkswagen really do know their market. I just did a search on mobile.de (the biggest site for buying/selling cars in Germany) and there are currently 4,406 Touareg's for sale in Germany. I clicked on the Petrol ('Benzin') fuel type and that number suddenly dropped to 118 cars. That's not even 3% of those 4,460 Touaregs being Petrol. It probably fairly represents sales in Germany.

I will never buy a car because of its brand.. I look for functionality, reliability, resale value and comfort. This Touareg has everything you need.. the torque power is impressive for an SUV.. it leaves the rest behind. I drive a 2014 Touareg TDI Executive. Never been much happier driving this powerful machine. I'm glad I don't see many on the road.. some Touaregs I've seen are mid 2000s and still look great. The US just stopped the manufacturing of diesel Touaregs due to their fantastic mpg against it's rivals. Get one while you can. Awesome review.

Interesting to hear what a reviewer who normally tests only the premium
Products makes of a vehicle that doesn’t carry “the badge” I’ve been in one of these new Touareg’s and I can tell you now it’s one hell of a car! And so it should be starting at £49k!!!! Shmee normally tests cars that cost a lot more, so for him to be impressed with this car is saying something. Well done to VW for producing a more attainable premium quality car, cheaper than a Q7 and imo nicer looking, Hell I prefer it to a Bentayga (not that can afford any of them) but if I could buy a new Touareg I 100% would! Great review Shmee👍👍

My parents were set on a Q7 but I advised against because you need to pay a lot for extras that should come standard for the amount you even pay for the base- mid range models. The Tourage looks like great value for what you pay compared to other German SUV's.

Nothing about this car is premium except the price tag.
This is probably the first car over 50.000 €, where 80% of all interior materials are made of hard touch plastics. Quite daring of VW to ask for such a steep price yet only offer materials throughout the car, which are usually only seen in cars beneath the 30.000 € mark ... What were they thinking? Same pattern in the T-ROC though ...
