I agree with bajabenca. I believe Nancy got caught up in the joy of watching the flashmob...she felt carefree and happy, then was suddenly jolted back to reality when the mob dispersed and she spotted Cesar watching her from nearby.
Why do people think the flash mob was setup by Esteban? I, personally think it was just one of those events that randomly happens and instantly bring joy, momentarily. Noticed how Nancy spotted Cesar and instantly slipped back into her realities. I think this was created to show the dynamic between her problems and momentarily escaping them.
What a fabulous ending scene; makes you wonder if the drug lord set that up just for her, after finding out she really is pregnant? I'm hooked on this show. And I love that song.

i love weeds! its so addicting. theres always some incredible twists in her life and you never think shes gonna be that gutsy, but fuck yah she is!
