Growing up a lot of teens are experiencing a lot of stress and depression but know that there is always someone who cares about you. Even when you can’t really keep up with anything in life just keep trying because that’s how you grow stronger. I would highly recommend these type of calm and relaxing music when ur stress or having trouble.
