But just like the rest of us, this famous family has their own tastes and each member has certain foods which are banned from their homes. Khloe Kardashian despises pork so much she said she would rather gain ten pounds than eat a piece of bacon! Kim Kardashian once experienced a serious backlash on social media when she revealed how she feels about Indian food. Kylie and Kendall Jenner dislike two of the most universally loved foods of all time, and they both contain chocolate. It seems like when it comes to food rules nobody is quite as strict as Kourtney Kardashian, who has banned everything from dairy to peanuts. Being an Indian I really got astonished and a tad bit peeved hearing the 'disgusting' tag put along with Indian cuisine. But people have different opinion and its really sad on Kim K part cuz gurlll I tell you, Indian cuisine is heaven on Earth. Its rich, its delicious, its aromatic, its awesome.

I’m not against Indian food what so ever but some of it I don’t enjoy just like some Chinese food I don’t enjoy and some American food. I’m sure there is no way she’s tried it all so it’s annoying that she just bluntly says she finds it disgusting.

Mystic zodiac You’re so right. And I’m proud of her. I’m sure it’s not easy. But she’s blessed to have a personal trainer. Even at that. She has to do the work. But...It’s much easier. Having a coach. Which is wonderful. A lot of overweight individuals could really benefit from this but are just not able financially. By the time one is overweight they lose self esteem and confidence. Sad.

I remember many years ago. I cut alcohol, dairy, carbs. I never looked so great. I think I should get back to this. I haven't had a soda in years.
One of the best things I’ve started doing is giving up coffee creamer. In the mornings I just add a little heavy whipping cream and a tbsp of coconut oil to my coffee. It’s so good and has actually helped me lose weight and helped w digestion since it’s using healthy fats😊

I'm with kourtney on the microwave, absolutely hate using one and try to buy frozen/quick dinners that reheat on the hob or in the oven. The microwave always gives hot spots and it's never entirely hot.

I’m actually similar to Kylie with the chocolate. I like it as candy, ice cream flavor or cookies but I cannot stand chocolate cake. It’s too rich for my taste and the sugary after taste just lasts too long for me to be able to handle.

Any kind of sweets are abandoned, but if we want to eat something we go to the store and get like a chocolate bar or something. Usually out fridge is empty so we don’t get tempted to eat too much.
I get Kourtney has chosen to not have soda but she can’t impose that on everyone else. If somebody wants to drink it that’s not her place to throw it away.
Organic food isn’t healthier. It’s just better quality. And avocado is still an avocado. But, if you would like to avoid pesticides or any type of GMO then go for an organic lifestyle.
My family and i hate drinks other than water. We just never really a fan of other drinks, which sometimes get us confused about why ppl are drinking other than water😂

Some families are more dysfunctional than others. I’m lactose intolerant. So I really only have milk and cheese to cook with. I drink soy milk however. Sometimes enjoy icecream as a treat but it’s never in my house. I love it but it hurts me too much, well you will at times find the chocolate lactose free icecream. But really not much dairy here.

We do not have a microwave either. We do not eat a ton of processed foods, so we don't really need one. I warm things up either on the stove or in the oven.
These food rules are so nuts af I understand the not eating nuts and drinking coconut water or eating coconut items cause of having a food allergy the rest is just stupid you can eat healthy and still eat and drink the good stuff in moderations

Damn, I'm raised the same way as kourtneys kids. No microwave, no soda except for oj without sugar, soymilk instead of cows milk and organic whole foods. Dont have any complaints and just eat candy occasionally... The only thing that made logical sense to me is not keeping anything that triggers allergies in the house. I've been allergic to Ibuprofen since elementary school (brief hospital visit included), and there's none in the house...though now that I'll be in college this fall, I really need to know what constitutes as Ibuprofen in case I'm sick with a fever (which is rare) at some point...
