Ones who deviated from haqq are Muslim brotherhood, Soofis, tableeghis, takfiris, etc. and look at their audacity, calling salafiyoon as madkhali, dividing ummah blah. They are the ones who divided themselves from haqq. May Allaah guide them all.
They hate the rullers today. Like the khawarij hate Umar utsman ali radiallahuanh ajmaeen.

As a sole individual, you are not in a position to do much except tell your family and TRUSTED friends and go on social media and write against the ruler, but do so anonymously so you do not get in trouble. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, And whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah. Whoever obeys the ruler, obeys me, and whoever disobeys the ruler, disobeys me.”
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever disapproves of something done by his ruler then he should be patient, for whoever disobeys the ruler even a little (little = a span) will die as those who died in the Pre-lslamic Period of Ignorance. (i.e. as rebellious Sinners).
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "You should listen to and obey, your ruler even if he was an Ethiopian (black) slave whose head looks like a raisin."
I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "He who insults the rulers Allah will insult him."
Muslim reported in his Sahīh (1847) from Wā'il Ibn Hujr that: Salamah Ibn Yazeed Al-Ju'fee asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ): “O Prophet of Allah, what do we do if we have rulers over us who demand their rights yet they withhold our rights?” He replied: “Listen to them and obey them [regardless].
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever sees from his leader something that he dislikes, then let him be patient with him because whosoever separates from the jamā’ah (i.e. the body of Muslims in a country) even by a handspan, and then dies in that condition, he will die the death of pre-Islamic ignorance (jāhiliyyah).”
the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“You are obligated to listen to the ruler and obey him in times of ease and in times of hardship, whether you are pleased or displeased and even when another person is given preference over you (while you were more deserving).”
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said:
“Listen to the ruler and obey him when it is hard for you and when it is easy for you, whether you are pleased or displeased, and when others are given preference over you, and even when they consume your wealth and beat your back.” (Delared sahīh by Al-Albāni; see Dhilāl Al-Jannah and At-Ta’līqāt Al-Hisān).
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) mentioned the rulers and the evil rulers, and he mentioned the leaders and the evil leaders. He stated that the misguidance of some of them will fill what is between the sky and the earth! So he was asked: “O Messenger of Allah, should we not strike them with the sword?” He replied: “No. So long as they establish the prayer, then no.” (Reported by Al-Imām Nu’aym Ibn Hammād (died 239H) in Kitāb Al-Fitan, 1/185, no. 491)

Do not defame one another, nor call each other by offensive nicknames. How evil it is to act rebelliously after having faith! And whoever does not repent, it is they who are the ˹true˺ wrongdoers (11) O believers! Avoid many suspicions, ˹for˺ indeed, some suspicions are sinful. And do not spy, nor backbite one another. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of their dead brother? You would despise that! And fear Allah. Surely Allah is ˹the˺ Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful (12)}

But I think you have to keep in mind that there is a difference between disagreeing on matters of our faith, and disagreeing on matters of fiqh, the latter is only accepted if it was done with respect and openmindedness, but when it comes to our faith, there are no reconciliations, these are sensitive matter that the truth must be cleared from misguidance

Let not believers take disbelievers as allies [ supporters or protectors] rather than believers. And whoever [of you] does that has nothing [ no association] with Allāh, except when taking precaution against them in prudence. And Allāh warns you of Himself, and to Allāh is the [final] destination.

O you who have believed, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves [ believers], for they will not spare you [any] ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason.
Aal-e-Imran 3:149
