This is not a Behind the Scenes, this is a documentary for that nice and nostalgic park I've gone when I was a child... Brings me so many nice memories...

I wish they'd bring back the encounter. That was the best thing at JP.
The Discovery Center is so awesome. You can spend around 3 hours in there.

Cool concept but the guy playing John Hammond had a very exaggerated Scottish accent, it sounded as if he went out of his way trying to sound Scottish. Although Scots do roll their r's, they don't do it as heavy as heard in this video. That's the case with most Scots I've heard anyway.
+Didrick Namtvedt It's too bad Richard Attenborough passed away; he could be a great acting coach for all performers of his character in Universal.

Personally, I like how they're selling the illusion of this being a "real" Jurassic Park by staying in character. It makes the whole experience of going there all the more fun and enjoyable because it allows you to loose yourself in the fantasy. Who else agrees with me?

So do I. I also like the idea of John Hammond having a happy ending with him fixing the mistakes of the past and building a new more safer Jurassic Park

I don't care that this isn't real or that they use "lame" animatronics, I would still love to visit that park!
I went ther last summer and i almost cried. I know it's fake and all, but I love the movies. When I went, I felt like I was in the world of Jurassic Park. The ride was also pretty good, and I saw the velociraptor hacthing, even named it. I was in a state of awe.

wait WHAT??? WHAT?!?!! this EXISTS???! was this built YEARS ago???? how the heck did I not know this existed?!!! If it's bigger and better than the 1 ride at unviersal studios in hollywood, then I'm booking a flight to Orlando RIGHT NOW! ^^
omg! where have I been? I didn't know it was actually possible to make dinosaurs like they did in the book/movie!!! I know I'm never going there though, all hell's gonna break loose sooner or later... but I'm sure security is much better, this is the real world after all.

@Weist96 I just think for a DINOSAUR ride, putting it outside was a bad idea. The animatronics and skin have to deal with the harsh elements, whereas an indoor ride can fare much better and be more complex. When the Hollywood JP opened, it was purportedly the most expensive ride ever built, and when I went on it the opening weekend, I felt like... that's it? I'd put a number of rides both at Disney and IOA/Universal above JP. I always wished they'd made the rumored T-Rex Jeep attack dark ride.

you know you guys go on and on about how fake it is, but doesn't what they say show how much they love what they do? Its the same with people who write books or movies. They've brought the Jurassic Park island to life and in doing so make it more fun for the visitors. Who cares if its impossible. The entire theme park is built off adventures, dreams, and fantasy! :)
They seem pretty real to me.

I love this, every visit to florida, we visit jarassic park. so good.
@nascbowler That was the most original attraction to that area, I actually enjoyed it more than the ride. Don't know why they got rid of it...

We shut down this attraction in 2014 because we had to relocate them to Isla Sorna (site B)
It's funny, but we do have to keep in mind that most of this amusement park was created for FUN and ENJOYMENT. Little kids love this kind of thing, and those of us that are older understand that it's just make-believe. They are actors...they're supposed to fuel our imaginations and make us feel as if it is real. So cut them some slack, okay?

When i went i read they had like baby dinosaurs that u could pet and the John and Ian were walking around and some other characters were to but when i went nothin just the rides and the cloesed triceratops ride that i almost crawled behind the blockade to take a look but didn't
He even messes up 'schedule' like the movie lol. What happened to triceratops adventure? It seems a waste to have gotten rid of it

Dude they are just saying that, Because they are going along with the movie. I have rode this ride and its safe, The dinosaurs are robotic.
@TheWilk51497 Everything they do makes me want to go back. Unfortunately the UK government has realised the country is poor so taxes us heavily if we fly out a certain range. It will be completely different when I go next time lol

+Andrew Jose Sadly, the Triceratops Encounter no longer exists. It's been replaced by the recent Raptor Encounter meet-and-greet attraction, which is in many ways a spiritual successor to the previous attraction.

Karasaph Exonar It was removed in 2014, I believe. It's been replaced with the "Raptor Encounter" attraction.
