Good introduction into breeding. You coverd most of it. In most of my pairings, females did not eat much between mating and eggsack laying.
Another thing is that diffrent speicies, males and females can cohibit for diffrent long timeperiods . When i bred P murinus i left the male in with the female for weeks. It always was no problems. They could mate when they felt like it and was not forced too. The male always survived and i found new spermwebs in the females cage! If i would i could be retriewd after some weeks, but of course i had in mind that it could be eaten.
Another thing is that it is more important for the female to have a well desiged cage with a burrow and deep substrate. Its always important with a deep sub and retreat, but after mating is extra important. This increase the chance for her to build a sucessfull sac IMO, and that you some time vefore egglaying mousten the substrate so humidety increase and eggsack does not dry out. In nature they often laying egg in conjunction to wet-seasons. It us also important after egglaying to disturb them as less as possible. Dont feed the female if she has a eggsack. It will only disturb her. They mist likely will not hunt while they carry eggsack. If they eat the sack it has nothing to do with that female is hungry.
It is also important to give some speicies like Some Brachypelma a cooling periods after mating.
This is some advises i could come up with

14:22 on top of that, the stress of being moved will probably result in fighting or refusals to mate
