interesting sewing machine! I do something similar but here's a suggestion. I use a dissolving thread in the bobbin, so when it is time to release the thread after dyeing, I put it in hot water until it dissolves. It does not dissolve easily in cold water while dyeing.I'm looking forward to visiting you again next May with the Silk Study Tour. I hope you are all well there. I send you my regards!
