This is June people , it’s a learning curve in mini camp . There no starters yet besides from day one starters ! Both offense and defense are learning terminology of installs of defense and offense.

I don't know why anybody would be concerned unless they weren't thinking critically. We love that the defense is playing lights out right now because the offense needs to adjust to match their strength if they want to stay competitive. If not that'll be be noticed far before the season starts and adjustments will be made
People forgetting the year of our superbowl run. Hurts was getting picked off in camp. We went along with one of the best defense of the year and hurts was an MVP candidate.

They are seeing if Baun can even do it because they’ll need the 1’s to get all the reps together when real camp starts… Reading too much into June mini camp!

Isaiah Rodgers may very well be working his way as CB2. But under no circumstances was Mitchell ever going to be starting CB1 in June! We shall see this team is much better than last year IMO!

They cross training dejawn and Maddox so they can keep more corners as backup safetys also. We have depth at corner safety not so much but if we have dejawn and Maddox as backup safetys we may only keep 3 true safety in CJ reed and can't believe I can't think of name now but he coming off injury was rookie last year. This way we keep 8 corners instead of 6 . I'm including nickel or slot as corners so slay Rodgers Mitchell Ringo dejawn Maddox ricks ? The last one be toss up but I think bradberry gone but maybe not cause cross training him also but we can never have enough corners with injuries especially Maddox last two seasons when he went out it killed us he great when healthy and we have to see now how valuable a good nickel slot corner is we got attacked there. I still worry if Maddox goes out I think dejawn is stud but rookie and if he gets hurt. Only guy I see that can do it is Rodgers cause last year we went through roster and all failed. Really need the quickness inside oh shit CJ can play there.
