It is so good what you are doing, for millions who are scared to even accept any mental health issues.
WoW! This pathbreaking and an open minded platform makes me hopeful… we definitely needed this.
Thanks for coming up with this podcast, Ira! :D You have a really soothing voice. I loved how you guys discussed so many different topics and esp, the individualization of suffering.
Very perfect show, and this is definitely a kind of progression, movement for a cause and it has finally got a platform which so many of us needed. It is the need of the hour .Thank you 😊
Oh WOW! This is very close to my heart and life, and for the first time I felt that now there is more hope, and a spirit of participation without agenda. Simply love the idea Ira, May The Best Forces be with you.
This was such an insightful and important conversation. How much awareness is too much awareness?
Very insightful laidback conversation. Love how Ira is letting the conversation flow instead of predefining it.
love the set design, probably one of the best podcast set-ups i've seen!
Aamir Khan's daughter and Aamir Khan's nephew discussing together, good to see you
Woahh was waiting for this for a while…soo happy to hear Imran ❤
And what a great way to spread awareness ❤
Thanks, The Swaddle, for this series. These are much needed conversations. 🙌
Completely enjoyed this episode and look forward to the series. Good job Ira❤
Loved the way they articulated their ideas and viewed mental health from a thoughtful point of view. ❤
U think this was intelligent?? U guys r starving. There r so many intelligent people in india having real conversation. And this actor seems smart?? Y is he there??
Such a fantastic and even keeled conversation. Thanks
Amazing discussion format. Loved that they touched some of these topics that are rarely discussed. Great to see Imran doing well
Such a great podcast. Informative and real and heartfelt ❤
Such an important subject! Glad it's being broached!
This is AMAZING....felt like it ended soon....but it was actually a great initiative 😍 ❤️ all the best guys !
Ooof where do I begin? First the good bits. Kudos for doing this, using the privilege you have (access being key) to raise awareness.
I found the conversation a bit disjointed. The guests were articulate and the doctor was compassionate and highly knowledgeable but the host seemed, how do I put it well, not up to par and a tad self centered.
I think getting professionals and other guests who are on the same level would be helpful. Or maybe replace the host? I don’t know but to me this seemed disjointed.
Sooo good! Now I have something to look forward to on the Internet.
Insightful conversation. Congrats to the panelists and Ira
An informed and insightful discussion indeed! An excellent mix of lived experience and expertise. Well moderated too.
Cannot wait to bump into Imran Khan 😍 make it happen, dear Universe 😅
I hope this happens for you! The man is a total package, get itttt
@@riyadubai thank you fellow Dubai girl :')
What an interesting conversation! I don't usually watch podcasts but I enjoyed this.
Hope this conversation and it’s message resonates far and wide. Well done, Ira!!
Yay so happy to see the first episode 🎉
Ira....you have got an enthralling voice and experientiality/subtle-ity to almost whatever it is that you ask/say....and Imran....you are just so real, genuine, child like at times and observant....We are going to have a flowing conversation when I meet you over tea at a local tea shop somewhere in bombay...you gave me that kind of a vibe.......of a fellow human being :)
Love the conversation and the episode! Can’t wait for the next episode ❤
Wow, Ira Khan - one of my fav ppl in the world. I hope to one day see her on screen.
Fantastic ! I hope this becomes viral and everyone gets to see it
Insightful ❤Thankyou for spreading awareness
What an insightful episodeeee, keep the good work coming in Ira!
Waiting for the next episode! Great!
Great conversation, Ira! You articulate very well
This was so insightful, loved it! ♥
So insightful! Thank you!
Thank you doing this Ira. More power to you
This is such an absolutely insightful conversation, and so beautifully curated! Congratulations!
Kabhi kabhi aditi zindagi mai yu hi koi apna lagta hai *lol*
Mental health is health. Period. Thanks for doing this conversation
With an actor. What expertise did he bring to this conversation?? He used d word “drivate”. That word doesn’t exist. 🤦♀️
This is exactly y Bharath is being held back by d so called illiterate educated. They think they’re all that, but a farmer or rikshawala is smarter.
Such a great topic and conversation 😍
Thank you.
What about people who say they don’t believe in therapy and put the onus on the individual to be strong and not take things heart etc. and blame the individual suffering from mental health issues for being too sensitive and a overthinker or not trying hard enough to get out of it!
Awesome move, Ira!
The Force is with you for keeping this so real and relatable ❤❤❤
More power to you 💪 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
very interesting discussion
Very nice podcast!
I had a nice time watching this episode :)
I was wondering I have heard the name ira khan now I remembered that she is aamir's duaghter, btw superb interview ✌🏻
I hope everyone gets to see it
Great interview
Way to go!
Great topic. I am here because of Imran’s post on the gram :) . Feedback:The structure of the agenda / discussion points could be improved for a better and clearer flow. Also camera shots and angles could be better. More close ups needed to keep the focus of the audience on the speaker and his points.
Imran Khan has such a good podcast voice and he said all things valid. So glad they chose him ;)
@25:58 years back my mother talked about some hindi movie .. in which the protagonist begins thinking he's got all those symptoms he comes across in other patients ..
Super insightful conversation. Also how cool is Dr. Vikram Patel!
10:50 not just tiktok ,it's every other american social media site too
None of us are immune to mental health challenges despite what we might believe about ourselves.
Imran ❤️
Ira❤
Imran Khan is talking on point
Mental health taboo still exists….u cannot share with anyone not even your family
There's nothing as special as like two bandra kids telling general populace living in hunger that they know more about mental struggles than them.
The least she could've done is bring out regular financially struggling people and then a better doctor (because this one looks like he just treat bandra kids), so we can get all perspective on mental health struggle.
I am not downplaying any of her struggles or imran's...but this discussion is very boxed and restrictive, so a lot of people living in marginalized homes cannot listen anyone from their own experience and see how they can seek said help in their living conditions.
Because this feels like everyone who is not in their financial circle is being talked down to, as if they are not aware of mental struggles and only they know about mental health in its true form.
Where is next episode its due... I thought there's discipline finally but
Bring Dr. Sid Warrier
She needs to watch other podcasts and learn how the host is. this wasn't a good episode. She read an article about trauma, without telling what the article said, she moved to another question. Make you question make sense, I hope next few episodes you improved.
Attention deficit is an issue there is lots one wants to say isliye bohot kuch nikalega .take it witha pinch of salt.noexpectations se dekhiye
whaaaaatttt
This is the most banal and scattered conversation I've heard on this topic in a while.
😂😂 y is Mr. Khan here?? What’s his purpose?? Swaddle being swaddly again 😂. Kab sudhrenge?
Yeah it’s a star kid employment scheme!
@@amodhsaxena6103 if you have a platform, you might as well use it for good :)
You can make your own podcast if you don't like this don't watch.
She could have starred in movies but she is here earning honestly , starting from scratch and speaking of something so important. Some of you can offer no constructive criticism, rather only tear other women down sitting behind a cellphone or do anything productive.
This is a great example of how NOT to do a podcast. What a wasted opportunity.
Wow, Ira, you need to do your homework. You come across sounding super ignorant. The internet did not start in the 90s but DECADES before that. Talk to your father, he understands the value of perfection and research to build credibility. The small things make a big difference. Put the effort please.
Do not compare any child with parents achivement please.
Advice is ok to the child. Let them take small steps and reach the height.
@acidicascetic chill dude. Chill. Why so salty? You should delete this unnecessary comment. Please.
In the comment section about mental health, you're literally unnecessary demeaning the other person over sucha a pity fact. Internet must've been present earlier too, but it did get the hype in 90s for general public. "Understand the context and concept" Like Ira said in the beginning of the episode itself.
@@octavius9558I agree the comment could have been a bit nicer but it's the Internet, you can't expect everyone to be nice. Plus when you come from a certain background, people do tend to have expectations and I am not saying it's fair but it is the reality unfortunately.
I came to this podcast also with some expectations because the trailer was so interesting but the podcast itself didn't deliver that much, also unfortunately. And Ira does need to do some research before coming into a podcast. When you come to the internet and discuss such heavy topics, you have a responsibility and researching well beforehand is the least you could do. As a host you usually let the guest do the speaking hence a little general knowledge isn't asking too much, is it?
@@TK-tg1rc you know I really agree with you. I came to the podcast with great expectations but all went into vain. Ira has alot to learn. But original commenter went overhill for me, so I pointed it out.
This podcast wasn't up to the mark. I liked what imraan said here and there few times.
She is right, the internet starts in 1993. Google when internet
Waste of time
Why cant we talk in Hindi for one if we r helping Indians also.
What a wonderful topic and an even insightful conversation.
