Sample Soap Formula for 1000 grams for Triple Butter Soap:
Distilled Water - 176 grams
Sodium Hydroxide - 138.69 grams
Oat Milk - 50 grams
Olive Oil Pomace - 400 grams (40%)
Coconut Oil - 250 grams (25%)
Cocoa Butter - 100 grams (10%)
Shea Butter - 100 grams (10%)
Kokum Butter - 100 grams (10%)
Castor Oil - 50 grams (5%)
Kaolin Clay - 10 grams
Method:
1. Prepare Lye solution and let it cool down
2. Melt the hard oils
3. Add Melted oils and soft oils into a soapmaking container
4. Add the prepared oat milk into the oils and give a quick blend using stick blender
5. Then add Kaolin Clay. I added Kaolin Clay + essential Oil slurry into the oils
6. Finally add the prepared lye solution. Stick blend until the soap batter reaches the trace.
7. Pour into the mold and rest it for 24 hours.
8. Remove the soap from soap mold and cut the soap bars.
9. Cure it for 4 to 6 weeks before use.
