Normal laptop with 4 Gb or 8 gb ram should work.

Intel i3 4th/5th gen with 8gb RAM mai Aaram se development Sikh sakte ho.
(Local host, vs code and chrome takes a lot of memory. 4gb ram mai bhi kaam chal jayega if processor is fast else thoda lag karega.)
