EASY Sugar Skull Dia De Los Muertos Tutorial DIY For Halloween **This tutorial can be used for Day of the Dead in November as well. Tip: if you are using a cream white base that doesn't dry all the way down then also set it with powder (translucent or white) before moving on to the eyes.
