I feel like Miranda’s alcoholism storyline went nowhere. It just went away when the writers got bored of it
exactly! it was so lazy.
As someone whose struggled with alcoholism and know others who have, that storyline felt disrespectful, like it was so easy to just dump it down the drain and quit 🙄🙄
It was tragic watching Miranda become Cynthis Nixon herself, which is what happened. 😂 😂

This show is so silly that I don’t consider it canon buuuut I wish Steve and Miranda could make it work! Lots of older couples (esp progressive ones living in major cities) open up their marriages and (re)explore their sexualities - but that doesn’t mean their love story has to end!!! Steve and Miranda will always be my fav SATC couple, hate how it ended between them 💔

AJLT is a cash grab and a poor attempt to diversify the cast. Carrie’s lack of growth and the destruction of Miranda’s character is horrifying to watch.
I’m happy to see BIPOC actresses get checks. But Seema is the only one that fits well into the friend group.
It was unrealistic for Professor Wallace to befriend Miranda and share her infertility issues with her before Andre.
I didn’t hate Che. I hate that the show’s first non-binary POC character is written primarily as Miranda’s gay awakening. It felt like “Masc-presenting non-binary POC character helps a an unhappy married white woman get her groove back.”
I also hate the social media harassment Sara Ramirez was subjected to for playing a fictional character.
LTW is a cool character but written as the Black version of Charlotte. I enjoy the character because of Nicole Ari Parker.
Anthony, Charlotte, and the Goldenblatt family are the only sense of normalcy in the series.
MPK doesn’t have the range to add diversity organically. There are rumors Kim Cattrall will return as Samantha but she’ll film in London and not interact with SJP. It’s crazy. I wish her and Kim could squash their beef so Samantha can return to NYC and liven up the show.

It's sad when the new characters are way more interesting then the main characters. They are so boring now. Miranda had a lobotomy. Charlotte and Miranda's childrens are brats!!! Carrie is insufferable. Thank goodness Kim had the sense to say hell no.
