I’ve noticed on my 1988 Raphael MOC 10 back there is a missing vertical brown bar between the ninja stars. Some have it and some don’t. If anyone has info to share about the missing bar pls reply, I’d love to hear. Thank you and happy hunting to all.
Trying to reclaim my Childhood so this video is much needed! I have a question, did all the fan club come with the flyer? I’ve seen backs of packages mention Join the Fan Club but I didn’t see any flyer inside. Is that normal or does that mean it was resealed?
They say that some legs, arms, and even chest of 1988 figures were rubber. You can see on your Leonardo figure (both legs and one arm) has a similar whitish hue as the rubber head. Not sure how true this is, because I've never seen a loose figure with rubber limbs.
Yea man I’m a sarcastic smart A and just never like that party attitude which is funny considering I’m from SoCal. Lol well it’s a good time to look for foot , the prices have dipped a bit!
Are there any re-issues that still say “1988“ on the back of the shell? I got some loose turtles from Facebook marketplace. They look like my childhood figures, But the paint on the front of the shell is much neater, and they say “China“ under the trademark on the back of their shells. Their weapons might be a tiny bit lighter shade of brown than my originals, but it’s hard to tell.
So, I think it was the og 10 backs which were soft heads , and at the same they made the fan clubs to get more interest ( still soft) and then they switched to hard heads. I think. Lol
@@ShellbackToyRewindi haven’t see a 88 turtle with no fan club with soft head at this time……the first mike beaded nunchucks was fan club soft head too I was thinking that that figure was the first one maybe I am wrong…..

Hmmm never heard of or seen that . Interesting. I know some get that film on certain parts so .. maybe .

Generally the yellow on the stomach is different with soft and hard. Much brighter yellow on the soft head
