I just feel like dealing more dps with ice vortex and hydro blast, i have tested and this is the result of mine. but if you feel like you need it then you can use it no problem :)

I Explain everything about why i think both of these skills are not wroth playing with in PvP IL servers, but as i said at the start of this video everything i say is just my personal opinion and which works for me 100% of the time just in case you think im trolling or something :) but anyway thanks for your comments.
