- Making the transition from university life to full-time work is a scary, challenging and an exciting time for graduates from all areas of study. Engineers, among certain other graduates, will experience an especially difficult yet rewarding transition. In this video I share 8 of the life lessons I've learned from my first year of work as a structural engineer.
