- I was looking for a powerful laser diode for my Engraver Cutter build. This took about 3 weeks to come from China. Be careful, this laser powers on as soon as you plug it in. The can be controlled using TTL or PWM.

thanks broo
It’s a 4.5watt output. 15 watt power supply
The TTL input signal line should be set up so you can use the arduino logic to turn on and off the laser. It should be pulled down to ground with a pull down resistor when not on then the arduino pin connects to the pin and when you give it a 5v logic high it will turn on. Leaving it disconnected is a floating condition. The manufacture should have made this clear.
Interesting the lack of safety, full power on. My prebuilt PWM wiring was faulty. Same thing when I turned it on. Mine is only 5.5mw, still managed to burn through cardboard, foam, walnut tabletop. Hard to imagine what you might be able to cut through with a 15W diode laser.! Thanks for the video!
I saw your video, I'm glad I had it mounted. I was expecting this thing be off until I applied a 5V trigger.
Help please, I have the Acan A12 laser but not it doesn't work, when I turn it in notebook laser dosn't go to 0 station, but the light is red
