Bro you can adjust the chime volume by pressing the settings button on the side of the pac amp pro, turn the chime volume to where you want and it will save the setting for you. (JIC you ever wanna turn them up or down. I have the same harness and LOC in my platinum. It works perfectly.
Hell yea doing mine sometime this month . I don’t have the Sony system so looking forward to ease of that detail lol. Running a 4 channel for doors, and a mono for 2 10s. Hoping I don’t have the issue with the tweeters up front
ALUMINUM is a great conducter and can ground really good just need to use seat belt buckle bolt, shorter the ground the better should be as close to amps as possible
No groument around your power wires through front wall. You gonna have shorts or a fire. Your grounds you don’t have to run from batteries you can ground to the frame in back.
I have a question man I did the same install as you..but my tarams is heating up after 4 or 5 songs not turning off or anything just I think it’s heating up too quick?? Any reasons?
@@5.0hh_andres is the bolt behind the seat good by the cab wall ? There’s a cable grounded to it and I’ve been using it to ground my amp for around 1 year and havnt had any issues yet
So how does it work if you don’t have the Sony sound system amp? Do you still have to buy the harness you bought for the speakers or? I’m just confused on that
Not 100% sure but it requires you either splicing into your door speaker wire behind the head unit and connecting those wires to a 4 channel amp or if you don’t want to splice buying a T harness and hook it behind the head unit
I have the same T harness but with no Sony on my 2015, my question is do I need the Sony premium sound to use it because I’m haveing trouble keeping bass
@@5.0hh_andres oyyy nomas!! Yo tambien since I was a sperm hahahaha I got 4 skr speakers 4 tweeters with each channel having crossovers and 2 12 kicker comp subwoofers!
Got a platinum f150 this video helped out a lot appreciate it bro💯

I couldn’t find a good ground.
What door speakers did you go with? I just put 4 Down4sound 6.5s powered by a deaf bonce amp supern clean and loud
Good video!! Could a new head unit, Sony, be installed as well with the same AmpPro harness?
Yes you can but if your getting a head unit you wouldn’t need the amp pro. The head unit already has RCA for your amp.

I’m not sure man mine does get super hot too maybe it’s just the way they design them 😭
Thanks for the fast reply I thought maybe I had the speakers connected backwards or something but thanks to your video my system is bumping hard
I’m glad I could help bro 💯
Do you still need all of those rca ports if you are just installing a sub with a built in Amp?
You don’t. You would just need the one for the sub amp.
Was your stock subwoofer still working?
No I took it out.
@8o1_Andres OK, thanks man👍
Good video, how did you run your amp ground?
Strait from the negative terminal of the battery since the body of the newer f150’s are aluminum
@@5.0hh_andres Just bought everything and completely forgot about grounding with a aluminum body.
Yea I just had it buy an extra power wire for my ground
@@5.0hh_andres is the bolt behind the seat good by the cab wall ? There’s a cable grounded to it and I’ve been using it to ground my amp for around 1 year and havnt had any issues yet
That’s good to know bro 💪🏽 but I’m going to be running 3 amps and I didn’t want the ground to be an issue that’s why I did it through the battery
So my truck has the b&o would the pac work for it too?
I think the website might have an option for the b&o
