They will ask from ur prev job experience if any, btech project, industrial training & general technical questions. GD topic would be very pickable like dowry system, coaid education system, privatisation in defence/railway, govt policy, 2 children policy etc.

@@mahadevshiv5064 the topics for GD are very generic. You can prepare hot topics from marketing stream. In interview they check ur suitablity to the company and whether u are updated with the current events in your field.
Vacancies was max during 2017-18. Since then it's declining. Same schenerio as 2021 will be maintained in 2022 & onwards. Can't expect hike in vacancies. Work hard❤️

In BPCL,HPCL GD&PI are eliminating rounds. In IOC , they calculate entire marks including interview & GD+PI.
