If you talking about the no of skyscrapers, then Hong Kong is the NY of Asia. HK has in fact more skyscrapers than NY. But in terms of diversity, kL is the NY of Asia where you can find foods from around the world. One more fact is KL has only 2 million population and if you compare all the cities in the world with a population of 2 million and below, KL has the most skyscrapers making it the city with the most skyscrapers per capita. I am not from Malaysia but I have friends in KL. (From Singapore)

I am confused too....do you need to apply a licence to take pictures using your phones?...I observed they used some kind of appliance to capture the whole twin towers ...some kind of lenses or something so that if you are standing in front of the building ,the whole towers can be included in your photos ...that's what I believed those people are offering....their services...and obviously you have to pay for it unless you have all the appliances yourself...illegal or not.should it be legalised or not....I have no idea...
