Pile 1 resonated so well. I picked it because I’ve recently been thinking of ravens and black birds. When u mentioned it was Poe , my brain was so shocked. Earlier I was talking to a friend about Edgar Allen Poe and “the raven” poem. We tend to acknowledge emotions and sensations first through the mind...
We might think, "I’m angry," or "I’m afraid,"
or we may simply notice that something is bothering us...
But we can't feel emotions or sensations through thinking.
These thoughts are narratives are labels for how we feel.
They are not the actual energies themselves.
For example, if you have the thought "I have a stomachache,"
that thought is a label for something that is actually happening in your body...
In order to actually feel or experience the stomachache directly,
you would have to bring attention down into the stomach area
and feel it (without thoughts on it).
The same is true for all emotions and sensations.

side note for me for later reference: yes we were in a situationship of no or little communication but sprinkles of love and hugs here and there and good energy. I tended to worry of being attached to something and getting my heart broken again and he was also trying to protect his heart since his past trauma had left him deelpy wounded. We bonded over our pain and brought comofrt and peace to another and this retraction was to preserve that peace perhaps. Pile 1 resonated so well. I picked it because I’ve recently been thinking of ravens and black birds. When u mentioned it was Poe , my brain was so shocked. Earlier I was talking to a friend about Edgar Allen Poe and “the raven” poem. When u drew the phoenix , the person I was thinking about ; his last thing he sent me was a blue phoenix as a funny joke we were joking about. When you said a song “did a full 180” Dua Lipa I earlier was singing that as well as “toothbrush” because it randomly popped in my head. I mentioned to my friends that it was randomly in my head . When you mention long distance. When you mentioned communication and how the phoenix person was developing. He was very immature must I say. But I cherished our friendship so much. But he also was selfish in that he told so many lies about who he was. But then he left all of a sudden. I always wondered where he went. And he left me with questions. I never asked him to clarify the lies. He never clarified what was real or fake. I didn’t want to push him to feel vulnerable because at 17 I had thought it was his own personal and private things. When he left me a year ago randomly without saying anything , I felt so sad. I didn’t have any answers. This reading helped so much. Pile 3 and extended - So here’s the deal. Met a man randomly at a hotel bar when we were both traveling for work. He has been divorced twice and has a broken engagement, just like me. I broke it off four months ago and let him know that he still had my love, but he HAD to work on himself.
