AB 1163 Passes Senate Judiciary! 7/11/23

Exciting news!
California is taking a stand for transgender, gender nonconforming, and intersex (TGI) communities. AB 1163, a groundbreaking bill, expands data collection to include sexual orientation and gender identity/expression (SOGIE).
This step towards inclusivity will address the challenges faced by our communities and promote equity. Personal privacy is protected, ensuring confidentiality.
