I agree, but do you agree that maybe CZcamsrs of lower ranks should be more involved in this kind of thing? Would you like to see a CZcamsr around diamond3 or champ1? I'm not suggesting me (champ1 in 2s) But I do think a lot of these higher rank CZcamsrs forgot how lower ranks think and see the game
I completely agree, I hover around C1-C2 myself and my mechanics are completely shit, I think that a lot of pros/CZcamsrs that do these guess the rank challenges put waaaaay too much weight on really flashy mechanics.
I'm pretty bad mechanically but in focusing a lot on improving them lately. The consistent thing I find annoying about the higher ranked CZcamsrs is they put people against each other in 1v1 but a lot of lower ranks don't do much 1s because they haven't got the skillset to do everything themselves, they need a teammate to work with I'm not saying they're wrong, im just saying that 1s is not the best platform to gauge individual players at lower ranks

I’d like to point out the only objective judgement was Wayton’s first impression that the one guy was SSL. After that, y’all tried to game the system by guessing lower because you knew they thought they should be higher.
This is actually a really good idea and kind of a creative spin on guess the ranks. Maybe you can make it more winnable by having to pay half of the prize if you guess 3 ranks lower, otherwise you might be unconsciously biased to guess under the rank.
But then players could throw. I brought wayton along and we both agreed on each rank. He had no bias and I actually wanted to give away a prize to keep the video exciting
This definitely makes me want to train more haha. I'd probably look like Bryce out there, but I can sometimes look like Hatchet. I'm peak Diamond 2. Shooting consistency is my focus at the moment!
I found that grinding mechanics can only get u so far and when u get to about champ 1 or so improving your game sense will help u to continue to rank up
Not gonna lie, I think Striped went a little strict and low on the ranks guessing. Take into account that the players are under a lot of pressure and are mixed ability.

I thought the chap was plat. Gee! Being in a video is tough, so all good. The other ones made sense for me. However, I though the freestyler was champ because there are a lot of "freestylers" in champ.
Knowing plats in my plat rank, i'd have put the dia 2 guy in dia 2. The other guys are too good for me to judge :P For Striped and Wayton the problem is likely the other way round; the last time these two were in low ranks was half a decade ago i bet.

I got Nowa spot on, and I guessed related was gc1 (which was after seeing the 2v2, before I was guessing c3)….. We don’t talk about how I guess gold for the other two players….

Just got into Diamond w this dude I met In randoms and partied up w. Somehow we just have some kinda chemistry in our gameplay, we started out in Plat 2 div 2 and now both got to D1. So Imo it depends on ur teammate
Lol it's also kinda hard to determine someone's actual rank just on a single day consistency cause anything can make someones mechanics one day be a whole elo below and sometimes days they're just playing way beyond where they're at, like I'm a diamond 2 and I can usually keep up with gcs even though I'm not exactly mechanically inclined, so I'm not saying I'd be higher ranked, just there's always someone who's gonna be better than you which is where you either overcome them or your just gonna drop.
This should be a series with a lot more participants. I don't think trying to overrate them is a good idea. Probably would be better to just keep increasing the prize every episode or every guess until someone wins a jackpot or something like that.
Well you are gonna lowball them because you are trying to not go over right ? The gc guys are like 10times better then me and I am champ 1 . The difference is insane mechanically. Although I have played against a lot of GCs in casual lobbies and only a couple of them had that much car control.
When you are Diamond 1-2 in 1v1s, you are meeting sometimes insane people with mechanics, which are the same rank like you in 2v2s, but somehow better :D im playing since 2018

From personal experience, I believe playing with lower ranked teammates is a skill in itself and some players are not used to it. That combined with nerves could've negatively affected the players. But, how else could striped and wayton tested game sense more accurately without giving themselves an advantage? The only thing I could think of would be a quiz but everyone has different playstyles. Thoughts?
Playing with lower ranks definitely messes with my brain too, but more so the other team than my own teammates is what fucks me over. For example my positioning will get completely thrown off when the opposing players miss easy to touch free balls, because the opponents I'm used to don't make those mistakes.
i would like the same but in 1v1 mechanics have nothing to do with ur mechanics as much as it is to game sense and execution and than it is mechanics theres flakes as an example… well id like to be a part of it too hahah

Videos like this leave me feeling dissatisfied because no one really won anything. Sure it's a cool experience for the players, and it's easy to mess up a guess on these guys rank, especially because Nowa clearly didn't try in the 3s match. Anyways my suggestion would be to give them all a gifted sub to your channels, or a creator they enjoy watching. It'd be nice to not sit around hoping someone will win, just for all not to get anything. I've felt this way before from your videos, and sometimes it keeps me from clicking on them, even though they're so well put together.
@@ducos1501 been a while since I've watched this video. From what I remember it was a easy way to save $100 by guessing a low rank, just in case they might be higher. You know what I mean? Also the guy was on a streak of videos that were "if this guy does this they win $100" and no one would win. Seemed like it was just click bait and rigged to where he didn't have to give away any prize money. Anyways the videos he makes now, there's more winners than losers and I definitely enjoy watching people win contests over watching people lose a contest that's against them from the beginning.
Its crazy how mid rank I am to the point where i had rough idea of the ranks of everyone. Im currently champ 2-3 and it was easy to tell difference between mid diamond, mid champ, mid GC and high GC trying for SSL. Diamond was easy as im a diamond mehcanics with great game sense. Champ is my rank and I see wide range of mechs and sense so champ was standing out to me. Mid GC was solid in game and almost perfect in training drill and GC 3 was perfect in training and mechs, but lacked game sense which SS need to be at top
im not gonna lie, they gotta get a mid ranked player here. the one rank they guessed the closest to were the gc's and the rest they underestimated. as a c1 in 2's, i pretty much could tell how far off they were as soon as they guessed.

I am C2 but think I should be C3 if not GC1. My tm8's just don't play much defense. I only play Rumble tho and my goal since 2017 has been 2 reach GC and get the title of "Rng Champ". Idk if u get it for just reaching GC or getting the season reward for it 2 tho.
Bruh, im not a mechanical type of guy. I'm in C3 and i cant even flip reset. I rely mostly in game sense and positioning. It's these 2 and consistency that mainly gets you up in ranks.
I'm D2-D3 but always say I'm gold when I'm peaking cause that is literally how I look playing so totally understand how difficult it can be ti truly guess someones rank sometimes
CZcamsrs sense of judging ranks is way off, for whatever reason they all seem to think golds r way better thsn they actually r, I'm currently Plat 3-diamond 1 and pretty much almost all golds whiff 80% of things they need to do anything but drive to hit... plats still whiff a lot as well, but maybe more around 50%, I'm getting multiple teammates that will actually whiff 80% of any shots that require any form of predicting. Not to mention the fact that most plats still can't do any form of fast aerial, I have noticed that is 1 of the biggest differences between Plat 1 and Plat 3

im not gonna lie, they gotta get a mid ranked player here. the one rank they guessed the closest to were the gc's and the rest they underestimated. as a c1 in 2's, i pretty much could tell how far off they were as soon as they guessed.

Mechanics isn't everything, you could reach to gc with game sense alone.

I am C2 but think I should be C3 if not GC1. My tm8's just don't play much defense. I only play Rumble tho and my goal since 2017 has been 2 reach GC and get the title of "Rng Champ". Idk if u get it for just reaching GC or getting the season reward for it 2 tho.

Bruh, im not a mechanical type of guy. I'm in C3 and i cant even flip reset. I rely mostly in game sense and positioning. It's these 2 and consistency that mainly gets you up in ranks.

My ranking were - BryceCle - D3, same as me. Hatchet Gold 3 - Plat 1 Related - GC 2, Nowa C3 - GC1

I'm D2-D3 but always say I'm gold when I'm peaking cause that is literally how I look playing so totally understand how difficult it can be ti truly guess someones rank sometimes

CZcamsrs sense of judging ranks is way off, for whatever reason they all seem to think golds r way better thsn they actually r, I'm currently Plat 3-diamond 1 and pretty much almost all golds whiff 80% of things they need to do anything but drive to hit... plats still whiff a lot as well, but maybe more around 50%, I'm getting multiple teammates that will actually whiff 80% of any shots that require any form of predicting. Not to mention the fact that most plats still can't do any form of fast aerial, I have noticed that is 1 of the biggest differences between Plat 1 and Plat 3
