Since she was a young girl, Mildred Council aka "Mama Dip" grew up on her North Carolina farm learning how to cook southern dishes. She took that knowledge of good food and made it into legendary Chapel Hill restaurant, Mama Dips. My Home, NC tells the story of this self-made southern chef.
