Lisa Damuth won Miss Texas Teenager 1987! She's so beautiful, I believe she won Miss Photogenic too! I was in that same one with her that year.

You wont believe it that Miss Houston also 1st ru in 1998, she lost to Holly Mills Miss San Antonio, i dont know how many times she competed for Miss Texas USA but seems she always hanging as runners up.

@@TheSamcanon Elizabeth Sturgeon competed three times in total - this was her first attempt (at 18!). The following year, she was in the top 12 but missed the top 5 (she kind of blew her on-stage interview), then finished 1st runner-up again the year after that (to Holly Mills as you said), and never returned.
Speaking of Holly, she was Miss San Marcos here, and you can see her in the back clasping her hands and then jumping up and down as Kara Williams is announced as the winner.
