There is a beach in Victoria called Squeaky Beach. Very white sand that makes a loud squeaky noise when you walk on it.

I didn't visit any beaches when I travelled in Victoria
Yeah, i know squeaky beach. Sit down for 1/2 hour and you squeak for a week when take a casual stroll.
One thing that strikes me about the gold coast is how clean it is, the public amenities including the outdoor BBQs. There's the hinterland as well where in winter it can dip real cold. Gold coast has a chill vibe overall and for a coastal city the beaches are not too crowded. Thanx for sharing.
Yeah it is super clean! I found most of Australia clean to be honest, the BBQ's and everything else you get offered in this country is unreal! No problem 😀

Go to Rick's Garage diner when up sunshine coast. Check out Monteville and Maleny in the hinterland. Scenery to die for.

The fun parks are the best part of the Gold Coast...stop wingeing Aussies the tourist are in those tall buildings where else the going to stay...l just go to great Ocean road in Victoria about 1 hour drive for me its much quieter and no humidity.
Yeah the fun parks are great! & Very true they are all for tourists I suppose 😂 I did the great ocean road, loved it! I made a youtube video on it 👌🏼

I hate the Gold Coast . It is all concrete and beach . It used to be paradise 60 years ago .

I was in OZ november & December 2023 touing. I loved every part of Oz i visited but but but I hated the Gold Coast its a wags place. Horrific sky scraPe prs every where. Main roads pounding beaches beaches with scyscraper back ground. Really rich people every where. Sorry to me OZ has spoiled the whole beautiful area by littering it all over with these huge towers built up to the sky. Yes the water is beautiful yes the sand is lovely but the whole area was definately not to my liking. Sorry Josh we are all different the Gold Coast NOT MY CUP OF TEA FOR A HOLIDAY!!!!! Sharks paradise watch out.
Yeah, everyone's different, I suppose! I agree with the sky scrapers, but I still think been up the observation deck it's a beautiful landscape! It's not typical Aus, but it just felt like a real holiday destination! Not my favourite place in Aus but was a cool visit!
