I was there in 2015. BD absolutely nailed their finals performance... It was electrifying--particularly the ending. Crown was just so slightly off that night, and BD slipped through the door and won by a slim margin. It was an amazing night of drum corps.

What an incredible preparation of that cake recipe from 2015! I'd tasted the original recipe before, but I didn't know this preparation existed- lots and lots of new ingredients I'd never seen before, and the sounds of the cake mixing was impressive as well.
I wonder where this recipe came from? Wherever its origins I think it's just delicious.

Eh I mean Crown’s show was definitely better but this show was easily cleaner. Crown had a shaky finals run 2015

Sorry, no question BD won the night. Absolutely nailed their performance, sucked all the air out of the stadium. Crowd knew it, and the feeling was palpable in the stadium when Crown came onto the field. They did a very good job, but there were some imperfections that were out of character for them. Competition at the top is just separated by minutiae. I think the real separating factor was percussion, that was a special BD line. Last time they took the Sanford, though they run a pretty consistent 2nd with an occasional 3rd in that caption.

Crown did not do as well in the finals as before, but if they had played their show to the level of cleanliness. BD did this night, I think they could have won.
