I make all of the music and film all of the footage myself, everything here is original and authentic.
Whether you use the music for meditation, reading, concentration to relax with or to sleep peacefully, you will feel more at peace.
I have been making music for years and have recently grasped the idea of making ambient music, it is harder to create than something melodic but when it comes together I get a feeling of great satisfaction.
I make these tracks for you to use however you wish.
I, personally listen to meditation music to allow myself a little time to ground and balance my mind, though I occasionally use it to help me to sleep.
