Totally class act by the Dodgers.
I agree!
We are not a bad franchise. It’s just when people get drunk, dumb stuff happens. I respect the Cardinals always have.
Yeah, compare that with the cheap act improvised by the Cubs for them,...
Thats the dodgers for you. Im a lifelong dodger fan and this is a normal thing they do. Anyone who played the game thats made an impact similar to what yadier and albert have done in their careers the dodgers will recognize on their final trip to chavez ravine. Class act but dodger fans are very familiar with this. They deserve it
@@luishumbertovega3900 i didnt see what they did and now im going to have to look it up.....thank you
Lifetime Cardinals fan, but if I had to pick a second favorite team, it would be the Dodgers. Cool video and gifts for the guys. If Albert didn't hit 700 in St. Louis, glad he did it there in LA.
I'm an LA resident and Dodger fan. However, I love Pujols, and I'm forever grateful that I was at the game tonight (I just got home as I'm typing this) and see history with my own eyes. It was incredibly surreal, and a truly beautiful and unforgettable moment at Dodger Stadium.
I just got teary-eyed reading your post. I am a Cardinals fan thru and thru but you guys were awesome last night.
the game was awesome!! i was there.congrats to albert and molina ❤❤
Dodgers and their fans are the best. I love that we honored two Cardinals at our stadium, they deserve that and you guys are classy for honoring their accomplishments. Go Dodgers 💙
As a Cardinals fan… just a classy move by the Dodgers organization and the fans. Much respect to you all.
From StL, thank you Dodgers, organization and fans, truly a class act from you, we have been rivals for decades always friendly, thank you
I love the Cardinals after the Dodgers. You guys are class. Thank you.
One of my favorite teams to be scared of! Haha… go Dodgers, and my best to you and the Cards!
players, not the fans, act like 5 year olds
As a Cards fan, this farewell tour with those two at all the opponents' parks, all the tributes and gifts, has been almost as fun to watch as the chase for 700. Almost. Very cool gift and nice tributes, Dodgers!
This is what a great organization do! We Dodgers always show respect for greatness!
Classy.
the fans dont
As a giants fan, hats off to Dodgers this was done extremely well, Good luck to Pujols and Yadier
We gave him a nice golf bag and 2 homerun to go with it. Love albert and always will. Im glad we have him for the 5 months we did
Absolutely a classy celebration by the Dodgers.. 2 amazing players, 2 amazing legacies, 2 amazing human beings.. Well deserved celebration of 2 great careers.
Best Baseball players in history!!!
I’m sorry but 2 amazing human beings? Neither guy knows you exist and you probably never won a lunch date with any of them so how in the hell do you know they are amazing human beings? Pujols literally filed for divorce shortly after learning his wife has cancer. SUCH AN AMAZING GUY gtfo dumbass
Albert Pujols a great role model for baseball history
Agreed! Good player.
the guy is honestly everything you could wish for in your face of the franchise star player. complete professional and all around genuine good hearted person. Sad to say but he is one of the last of his kind and generation as the MLB and its younger crop seem to be on a slightly different level in my opinion
Now that's a real tribute, the Dodgers are a world-class organization, baseball royalty, what a great way to recognize what these two talented ballplayers mean to our favorite sport, its fans and to our latin nations, Yadi 🇵🇷 and Albert 🇩🇴, two gentlemen who have made their respective countries as proud as can be, Blessings from San Juan to them and to every fan enjoying this 1-derful moment !
Absolutely and as a lifelong dodger fan who has suffered numerous playoff defeats recently at the hands of the redbirds and these two guys all i can say is they deserve the recognition and Im glad the dodgers did this. This is a common thing but its nice to see players get the recognition they deserve even if they play for the opposing team. Congrats to Yadier and Albert on first ballot hall of fame careers and thank you to the redbird fans who supported these guys for years in the way they deserved. Two classy organizations acknowledging the accomplishments of one another. It will be cool to see Yadi and big Albert inducted into Cooperstown together
if the Dodgers are a world class org, their fans should start acting like it at the stadium.
Two awesome ambassadors of baseball, and overall decent humans...we'll miss seeing them on the diamond, and the sport, especially the Cards will never be the same! All the best to them in retirement, and thanks for putting a very nice tribute together for them!
I know Yadier isn't getting as much love as Albert...but in this day and age to stay with one team for 22 years shows why he may be the greatest catcher of all time....coming from a guy that wroshipped Gary Carter as a child and still my favorite player.
Seems like The Machine! Loved everyone! Carry on. Yadier and Albert! The baseball game will miss you both lots! Class act! Dodgers!!!
Congratulations to two of the best baseball players ever to play! It's nice to see Albert hit his 699th and 700th home run in Dodgers stadium!
Albert Just Hit 701 Against The Pirates Ironically It Was The Same Team That Pujols Hit Career Homers 696 And 697 Off Of
And then he goes on to hit number 700 in this game. What a legend.
Thank you dodgers for believe in albert pujols,if you doesn't give the opportunity to play the game last year,we couln't be able to see and be part of the history of ALBERT PUJOLS "THE MACHINE',thank you for too many beautiful moments during your carrier albert.
What an awesome, classy gesture Dodgers. The game is bigger than “favorite” teams. Amazing to see.
Nice to see Albert hit 700! I’m a dodger fan but I’m glad Albert reached 700,
Little did Pujols know that he would reach 700 home runs just a couple hours later when he gave this speech. I was entering the stadium when this happened, but saw both dingers. Amazing, classy job by the Dodgers to honor this man, and what he has done for baseball. It was even classier of the Dodgers for what they did on the Jumbotron for him after he hit that 700th blast. Same for Yadi.
Believe me he knew . It’s a Hollywood script
CLASS CLASS CLASS
GRADE A CLASS!!!!
As a Cardinals fan , I've seen and enjoyed MANY heated Cards/Dodgers match ups, series and it's been AMAZING. As a middle school kid in 85 , running out my front door with my "go cards" sign after the game 6 jack Clark homer against niedenfeuer, and many other classic match ups after- Dodgers/ Cards has always been a treasure to see
NOW.......with the Dodgers treating two of our most treasured Cardinals with the utmost respect and appreciation and love - my opinion of your great Organization has gone up even higher than the high it was already at
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH , LA DODGERS AND ALL YOU FANS
much love- STL FAN
Yadi is my favorite player ever. The guy just oozed joy and fierce will to win
Might not be a fan of any LA teams, but respect to the dodgers with this
When team colors stop mattering, and just respect for the game. Love to see it
The Dodgers Organization is one class act for this celebration for Albert and Yadi.
sportsmenship is more valuable than rivalry. Beautiful, and this video made this entire season pleasant.
Thank you Dodgers fans. Class act all around, from the team to the fans...
A cardinal fan
I'm going to miss watching these guys compete, they are both of the best quality and great examples of integrity and honor for all young people that watch the game.
I hated facing them in the playoffs, but yadi is the best catcher I've ever seen
My greatest live baseball memory was watching Albert hit a Grand Slam off Roy Oswalt in April of 2011 at Busch Stadium.
I've never heard a sound like the ball coming off his bat on that swing. The man is a Legend.
LETS GO PUJOLS JUST HIT 700💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
2 of the greatest of my generation they made being a cardinals fan amazing they will be missed
Really dope of the Dodgers to do.
I have been a big fan of Braves and Dodgers. But you have been one of my favorite players in the big league since your rookie year. You will be remembered as one of the greatest Cardinals players but I will also remember you as one of the greatest Dodgers. It was a great pleasure to watch you in the Dodgers uniform #55. Congratulations!!!
As a die hard dodgers fan this is beautiful 💯🤝🏽🫶🏽 congrats to Pujols and Molina forever legends
A 13th rd pick. If you’re a young player breaking in to the league and second guessing yourself if you have what it takes because you’re struggling, just use a 13th rd pick who just hit his 700th HR as a reminder that greatness is possible.
Correction on that: a 13thd Rd pick in the '99 Draft that has:
3,000+ hits
2,200+ RBIs
10 consecutive seasons of 30hr/100 RBI
11 ASG appearances
6x Silver Sluggers
3x National League MVP
2004 NLCS MVP
2001 Rookie of the Year
3x NL Player of the Year
2x Rawlings Gold Gloves
2x World Series Champion, both with St. Louis Cardinals
The guy is a literal GOD of Baseball with that mountain of accolades
Love this!!! ♥♥♥
Two great friends are retiring together. It has a been pleasure to watching Yadi and Albert play baseball. The Dodgers are a class act
Very classy tribute to these 2 all star players by the Dodgers and their fans.
Madd respect Dodgers organization way to go!! Let's go Cardinals
Amazing careers tio albert and yadier it was fun and great watching them play especially pujols for being part of the L.A. Dodgers ...
This was wonderful and for the dodgers to do this is really good for baseball
Miss Uncle Albert in blue, but love the last ride he's having, and Yadi has been an incredible cornerstone for STL. Plus it's a fun full circle with Doc wishing them well after their ties go all the way back to playing against each other in the 04 Series
It's fun to watch the Cardinals over the years because there are great orgs like the Dodgers to be strong, compelling rivals. Good stuff here.
They deserve it 100% absolute professionals that played the game the right way. And its not even tough to admit that even after numerous crushing playoff defeats theyve given us Dodgers fans over the recent history. True gamers and they will be missed but Im sure those two will be close to the game regardless after their playing days are done. Way to much knowledge and skill to not help pass it on to the youth. Im actually confident Ive heard somewhere that the dodgers were interested in having albert in a coaching role of some kind if he was going to hang it up after last season but he obviously didnt so we will see
Dodgers are such a classy organization. And Albert crushed us tonight. Dodgers lost but I am still happy for Albert congrats on the 700 homeruns. Now you get to run home and retire happily with your family.
I feel respected by albert hitting 700 at dodger stadium
These moments are what sports are all about. As a dodgers fan I loved watching him wearing blue, but so much more watching him have this amazing season wearing cardinal red.💙❤
Congratulations Molina and Albert pujol you guys deserve it enjoy your retirement God bless you both
*Wow! That's a great class shown by the Dodgers.*
*Cardinals fan here, giving you guys a great thumbs up!*
Tio Albert just hit #700 🤯🥳

Fue el escenario perfecto para llegar a sus 700 HR junto a su gente!!! Sos grande Albert sos grande LEYENDA
Thank you Dodgers! A neat class act!
Nice work, LA. As a Yankee fan, you guys are rivals. As a baseball fan, you guys are great.
Dodgers u always do a great job. Classy!!!
We love you tío,what a great moment!!!
one of the many reasons why I love the Dodgers.
Thank you to the Los Angeles Dodgers for a great ceremony for yadier Molina and Albert Pujols
Se retira pujols 😭 el mas grande 💯💖
Y molina ? :(
Classy Dodgers!
Que feliz me siento y gradesido por los dobger la oportunidad que le dieron
hats off to the dodgers. class act
Class act 💯
Dodgers should hire Albert as a hitting coach.
Que hermoso ver esta ceremonia y los comentarios que hacen, de verdad que le sacan lágrimas a cualquiera.
The machine 💪💪
Love the Dodgers since Brooklyn. As a Yankee fan living in NE and the disrespect I see from fans, this is a breath of fresh air. Who was it? Franco Harris breaking a receiving record in the 70s and the opposing team did nothing said nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. Because why would you do that? I love baseball for things like this. Que viva béisbol!!! Yankees-Dodgers 2022. Lfg!!!
2 greats, nice tribute
Great Example of great players!
Class act, by a class organization! Well done Dodgers, from a lifelong Cardinals diehard.
Little did Pujols know, he hit 700 after that speech
Thank you Tio Albert 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Un boricua y dominicano ❤️ que orgullo mi pana!!
Thank you LA🙏♥️✨🎇🥂
Waooo siempre es Sido un gran al mirador de el gracias por poner nuestra bandera en alto
GOODBYE ALBERT AND YADIER AT DODGER STADIUM 🏟
GOODBYE ALBERT AND YADIER AT DODGER STADIUM 🏟
That was awesome!
This Is Awesome!!!
700!!!
1:00 as an Astros fan I remember when he thrust homer off Lidge, game 5 2005 NLCS we were one out away from a World Series, but at least we won the game after that and were the league champions
We miss you at in Los Angeles uncle Albert.
Too bad Vin couldn’t of been here to call 700 but we know he seen it all from up above. Classy move by the Dodgers to help celebrate two of our guys great careers.
Glad i could see both of their careers
We in Cardinal Nation love the Dodgers except in the playoffs, lol. Good luck, hopefully we meet in the playoffs.
⚾️700~Albert Pujols~👏👍
Always been my other favorite team since I saw them at spring training when I was a kid. It was a classy gesture but I hope stl pulls it off this year tho 🙏.
Just cool
that was nice wish i could have seen it.
I like the Dodgers now. ~ Cards fan
TIO!!!!
Never a fan of the Dodgers but this was cool
Oh man Vin would’ve loved this 💙🤍
다저스가 이런거 잘해 good jop Dodgers
He will always be Tio to Dodger fans.
Dope bags
The best way to send off Pujols to retirement was to get him that 699 and 700 HR. Now the 11-0 beating makes it bitter sweet.
