Eating at Munchies Live BBQ Restaurant in Mount Dora, FL | Restaurants in Mount Dora, FL

In today's video, we try another restaurant in Mount Dora, specifically downtown Mount Dora, Florida, and it is called Munchies Live BBQ. It is one of the only BBQ restaurants in downtown Mount Dora. It’s not really one you can eat at very easily as there really are only shared tables inside and a few outside so due to this, we decided to take it home. Munchies presently expanded and now has both sides of the space and they have a menu where you can order at the counter and a touch menu where you can order from that. We decided to try the sampler as that was the best option to sample the meats and sides. It’s actually quite a bit of food so we were pleased with that. One bummer was the price for extra sauce. We thought that was steep. The dessert was okay, but we would get a different one next time. As far as the meats, the pork was the best! It was delicious. As far as the sides, the beans were the best. Sauces had to go to the sweet kind. Also, the Arnold Palmer was top-notch. Overall, this is a solid place to grab some food in Mount Dora. It's called "Mount Dora Marketplace"
If you go to the second building over, which is still part of the marketplace, there are some tables in an indoor area over there also.
The second side has Shadrach's, Dark & Light Cafe (all vegetarian), Funko Poke (hugely popular) and a few other places.

Mount Dora is such a tourist trap. I’ve lived here 19 years and rarely dine there.
