  • @TotalRandomReviews
    @TotalRandomReviews Před 5 měsíci +4

    F.Hero is the rapper and this is his song, the fact that Babymetal and Bodyslam got as much time on it as they did is pretty awesome if you ask me. You may recognize him from Babymetal's PAPAYA. I believe you have reacted to that one.

  • @bbravo5531

  • @Ganimal83
    @Ganimal83 Před 6 měsíci +9

    Great reaction! F.Hero is a Thai rapper, and you've seen him before in Babymetal's Pa Pa Ya!! music video. Bodyslam is a Thai rock band who's been around since the early 2000s. Honestly, I thought this was a great collab, everybody got an equal part and their own unique sound to contribute. Also, Bodyslam's sick breakdown...damn!
    Also, while I would prefer Babymetal's vocals to be less filtered, I think Su's vocals were fairly clean. As before, they normally put a lot of effects on backing vocals recently. With that said, I'm fine with it for the studio version as it sounds cool, and we all know Babymetal can kill it live without the effects.

  • @road-runner
    @road-runner Před 6 měsíci +10

    Considering that the collaboration consists in three lead singers (all with very different styles), two backup singers, a band, etc. I believe that the song gels pretty well. They harmonize together at some points but overlapping them all has no sense. Moa and Momoko's filtered vocals are a stylistic resource for that part (bridge?) but Su's vocals are pretty much clean (although processed... this is not a live performance after all).
    I admit being quite skeptical about this collaboration but this song and music video exceeded my expectations.

    Personally I love the track. The rapper is F.Hero, the band is Bodyslam-they are both from Thailand. This was F.Hero's song and was released on his channel. Babymetal was doing-to my tastes-excellent back-up work. Also loved the production values of the video. I really know almost nothing about Thailand so seeing a video of this quality is a great tease and makes me want to see and hear more.

    In a collab, nobody should get more emphasis than the other imho. The more bands you add, the less camera each will get. I think the spotlight was pretty well balanced between the 3 bands.
    Really though, It's all about the tune and this one nailed it! As can be expected from anything featuring BABYMETAL. Video not even necessary, but it's still cool to see 😁

    Think perhaps if you'd viewed this as an F.Hero song featuring Bodyslam and Babymetal ( which it is ) then the division of exposure in the video and song may have made more sense . I suspect this is " payback " from Babymetal for F.Hero appearing in " Pa Pa Ya " with them ( which is where you've seen him before ) . Sounds to me very much like a theme tune for some kind of sci-fi or anime movie .

    This seems like A Bodyslam track Feat F-Hero & Babymetal. With that arragment it makes since. If it was a Babymetal song then the arragment would have seemed off. Overall not their best collaboration but the song is definitely savage as f****. This needs to be performed live to be properly experienced I have a feeling. :)

    First listen, I thought the same as you, Joel, I thought, meh. However, this is my fourth listen and now, I like it ... and on my way to loving it. You already know that you got the other artists names the wrong way round. F Hero is the rapper, and the F is for the 'F'ing' word in English. F Hero is absolutely worth a look, he is a real talent, but as with all Asian artists, their best work is in their native language. So, brush up on your Thai lol.
    Bodyslam have been around for years in Thailand. Early on they were more pop/rock, now they are rock and venture into metal with strong licks in their songs. I'll give you the tip, there won't be many Thai girls under 40 who don't know of the lead singer "Toon".

    As said this was an F. Hero track (the rapper, Thai) with features from BodySlam (Thai) and Babymetal (Japanese). Generally agree with your take (except you didn't know who was who). I also wish for more Su vocals and a bit more natural Su vocals. But as I previously said I do like to see her sing (even if it is fake) without the mic. I like to see her face more.

  • @ksbrst2010
    @ksbrst2010 Před 6 měsíci

    F. Hero is the Rapper that made PaPaYa together with Banymetal. To be precise I always get the feeling that he saw Kingslayer from BMTH but already saw the messing elements. He couldn't be a suitable Counterpoint for Su. But Bodyslam could , he cooperTed with them Years ago. And then the messing elements. Su and the Singer of Bodyslam could share some lined and Moa and Momo could be used to sing. And for the work thst he put inzobthis projecz he would also add his voice. And this is what he did. Since Bodyslam was for a long time Thailands most successful Rockband, Amuse wouldn't make to many Problems and Bodyslam would be no Problem, one of their guitarists us a well known Babymetal Fan and Boddyslam could use some foreign sales. Su would see this experiment extremly favorible. Most if the work could be die remotly under the usual Produktion staff of each Band and would put it all together.
