Devilled crab is the best. Many top hotels can't do the dishes at Mocambo.

You have to be well dressed to dine here. They have a reputation of turning away diners who they feel are not well dressed enough. Wondering how you managed to get in in your casual clothes
This restaurant did not give respect to a poor driver!! Such a awful gesture it was back then!!
This is my chachu's restaurant. I know that most people know Mocambo for its meat dishes, but as a vegan, I'd love to share that their plant-based and vegetarian dishes are fabulous as well. I love their vegetarian sizzlers and their paneer shashlik (which I'm sure could be prepared with tofu). Thank you for sharing this! Brings back memories from my childhood years in Calcutta, of family time spent over mouth-watering food below the soft, silken glow of red lampshades.
