I bet the snowball would look so cool with black gravel in a planted tank! I'm afraid I would want all of them.. and he mentioned that distilled water would be a way to keep consistent water parameters for most of these little fellows?

We have wine reds too, yes their red is different with pure red line, indeed
the wine reds hands down are the best looking. I think they remind me of the maroon clownfish with the coloration.
The owner is very professional introducing his shrimps! This is my first time in life viewing so much variety of shrimps in one time! Thanks for introducing this to us!
Wow that guy was giving some great info about the under-gravel filters with shrimp and why he uses them.... wish stores like this existed in the USA, those shrimp were absolutely AMAZING!!!
I frequent his store often, his knowledge is amazing, yet he is so humble and friendly, surprised that he rmbs me aft a while. All in all, an awesome shop
I am not sure if I understood all the details about the UGF system. English is not my main language, I had a hard time trying to understand some concepts. Could you guys explain me pretty quick why this breeder utilizes this method and what is different from the usual UGF method?
@@aquapucci He's saying that his aquarium doesn't have thick substrate. Thick substrate will have lots of ammonia build up and shrimps will start digging, releasing ammonia into the water.

Great video. I wish we had stores like this in the USA. Years ago it was much harder to find shrimp for sale in stores than it is now but still nothing like this exists that I know of. I like the blue ones with the orange eyes.

It always amazes me when he goes into these stores and the owners' speak English. In America, very few owners are bilingual and I have never met one here that speaks fluent Japanese. I think we take so much for granted. I wish I were at least bilingual.
