Some suggestions for Mr. S2G
1. Use youth academy players: at this time around in career mode there will br some crazy regens in the academy
2. Sign a good first-choice CM: like Xavi Simons, or even Musiala if u have the big bucks.
3. Sign some coaches: to improve ofc.
4. Put some respect on Sam Tickle, Dave Rooney, Billy Wilson, Osyp Kovalenko😅
5. Do not lose trust in Rasmus Højlund, he still scored 20 goals and got 12 assists despite being injured.
6. Put on development plans for players like Rasmus, Kobbie Mainoo, etc...

Hey Sid, I've got a Small recommendation for you, ive been going through the entire Career mode journey and i feel that the defence is a bit slow when its comes to pace likewise as bernando silva is aging and his overall going down, my 2 suggestions for the midfield and the defence. My defence Suggestion would be Micky Van de ven from Spurs, he is a young talent whose got extra special Defending and he got a lot of pace which would benefit you as u are going to the champions league next season , likewise ive been following a Harvey elliot for Midfield as ive been following him recenlty and he is a teamplayer. Also if u want someone in the left wing as a backup u can try someone like Brennan Johnson who would be cheap as well.

I want to say that I had a same situation in FIFA 19 manager career mode where just last game was remained against Chelsea and they are 3 points above my team.

Rasmus did not join the team well, another problem is the midfield, it is too attacking. Maybe you need to sell Rasmus, change the formation to 4-3-3 (5) with CF and CDM, make Ribeiro the main forward, like Pele. And buy a top-class CM box-to-box in midfield, like Barella. And maybe a new CB instead of Arnold.

Hey Sid. I think if you want to win the champions league you should sell rasmus and get vini instead. Make your formation false nine where ribero can be the main man and the way Dave Rooney play he can fit into Center forward as well. Coz he got decent dribbling , although his finishing is not greatest but he got shot power. Besides id say to get a world class midfielder to support barnado as he is the only guy who’s doing everything in midfield. This is a suggestion you can try
