Always get the info in an email. There are still a lot of good agents that will help answer questions. I personally don’t think they get enough training to know their own laws also because they change so frequently.
I personally have had great dealings with the atf, as antigovernment as I am, they are very helpful and always give ways to get things done. Ive never had a bad time with them. Great video for encouragement.
An ATF who is also understanding of prostitutional rights, is completely nonsensical. It's an oxymoron. Just the existence of the UTF is unconstitutional so if they were really about their constitutional rights, they would not be in it. Then again the argument could be made that maybe they know this and are trying to ensure that things are done the right way from the inside, but in any situation the vast majority of ATF laws are completely unconstitutional
i have been looking for education on explosives/fireworks and found nothing the few i did find think im a terrorist and only work with law enforcement probably for the money but certinly not for a private person i have found things in Canada im in California if you could give me any ideas on how to find anything i would be interested. its all very private! i have contacted the explosive industry who told me they only work with people who are in company's again not private people.
So does a type 20 license require the same storage as say a type 54? (Magazine for display 1.3g shells etc). Also does a type 20 cover a broad range of things or just LE? (Flash powder for example). From what I understand the type 54 just allows you to possess the 1.3g pyrotechnics, then display permit are issued by local gov, fire marshal, etc. The type 20 will allow you to manufacture LE which 1.3 g display fireworks fall under. it's a lot lol 😆

Ok how does one build a metal storage container to keep 1.3 g stuff safely. Im interested in displaying a fireworks show. Is that something the atf allows to obtain a atf license Im from wisconsin too so what other permits and permissions did you end up having to have. Who do i contact for approval to shoot off What is a safe distance from audience and houses from getting damaged to light of 1.3 Do you need insurance for lighting 1.3 Does it matter if your metal container is in a different place then where your shooting off also in a different city I live next to an airport do i have to get permit or permision to light 1.3 iff if its in an open feild outside of tge airport fence which is in the area of the airport where all the planes come in for landing. No big planes smaller airport. Can you transport 1.3 with a atf license only or do you have to get another license for that if the store is in a different state Please help me get my atf and othwr license or permits i may need i heard you need like 3 of them.
Also, as far as cops, I think maybe that used to be how it is how people would want to get into it to help people, but I don't think that's how it is anymore. I think a large number of them get into it because it allows them to exercise some level of control over others. Whether it be conscious or unconscious, it attracts them. I've come into quite a bit of contact with cops over the years for different reasons, and the number of cops who have been absolutely unwilling to violate my constitutional rights, to not lie to me or try to manipulate me into giving up my constitutional rights, who have not been just unnecessarily rude or off put by me asserting my constitutional rights, is literally probably a 1 to 100 ratio. For every one cop that I described above, there is 99 others who will lie to you, who will try to work around your constitutional rights, will say things like what if you got to hide, will protect others or support others who are doing it. They've pushed out those good cops, cuz those good cops are not going to have the same number of arrests and are not going to get the same number of tickets because they are not willing to compromise on constitutional rights. I'm sure they are out there, but even a lot of those are going to protect their brothers and sisters behind the badges. Take one cup turns in another cup for bad acting, the rest of the cops will ostracize them. It is created a power vacuum and a corruption sinkhole where even if you get into it for the right reason, you either have to change and do it their way, or you don't be a cop for very long. I've seen and heard of many cops who were in The situation. Maybe they were law enforcement in their family or something and they just wanted to get in and help people but when they got in they found out how it was and they either got pushed back out or they just left

I got my explosives license a few days ago. I have probably a dozen copies of the bright orange Federal explosives law and regulations book revised in 2012. I have difficulty believing they have not changed a single explosives law.... IN TEM YEARS. The explosives license rounds out and represents the last of the federal licenses that I'm getting. I have an explosive license now and I have FFL number 7. FFL number seven is the one to have.... I see people spending so much money between number 1 and 3 and it's like just get number 7 it's only $150 every 3 years. And it allows you to do pretty much everything except import and export... You also aren't allowed to tinker around with explosives either. Now it's time to get my business is up and running. 🔥🔥🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🔥🔥

Yes! but the ATF needs to know you have proper training storage and a legitimate reason for access to explosives.
