Jabrils's next video: "So I started learning Blender..."
Pest? Que daora, aprende sim man, só por ser de graça já vale a pena
@@Canceritself what the hell are you talking about? It's not even portuguese you're just putting some random latin derivated words...
that fact that u tracked the entirety of gandalf’s face for a one second joke is so amazing
You make stuff that's unique. I mean half the people out there teaching blender do stuff which you can pretty much stumble upon yourself. Keep em coming homie.
He's really having fun with the drag and drop trick, ain't he?
We've come a long way from being recommended rendering out everything as an image sequence first
@@nekkowe It's kinda preferable though. Some frames seen to repeat when you import the video file itself instead of an image sequence. It might have changed though, and maybe it happens only if you film with variable frame rate (which is what you get from a phone camera, unfortunately).
closed mouth at the end is pretty cursed and I love it.
your account should be flooded with money because I have seen all your motion tracking tutorial. man.......... your knowledge about tracking in blender is Just freaking awesome 😊.
I don’t need tracking dots because am having to many dark spots on my face LOL 😂
I love cg matter talking alone in 3d workspace
Damn, of all the videos on this channel imo the tracking ones are the most interesting
Great to have you back! Missed your great tuts!
Thank you kind sir for teaching me how to track my camera motion in blender! Keep up the good work!
This was awesome! I hope to use this one day!
tutorial youtubers need to learn from you man
awesome video
This is so very useful! Thanks I'll contribute to your Patreon today, I've been meaning to but this one tipped me over the edge.
It is so nice to see you up online :)
Hope you are doing great
This tutorial is so clear and easy to understand, that i thought i was on default cube's channel. Wow
This is trippy! Love it!
That shot of the tshirt actually blew my mind straight out of my skull.
Wow, this tutorial made it really clear now. There's very little content on face tracking with Blender.
Oh, I love this. Thank you.
You want it unaltered. Choose VFX on the splash screen
Very very useful thank you. You matter.
You have the comfiest looking shirts.
Tracking is precious.
Holy moly this is useful
Man that last one would be clutch for ventriloquism.
Practically a face app made in Blender.
Nice stuff, CG Mathers!
Awwww he's soo happy
Thank you. You are very smart. Have a good day.
incredible :) thanks!
legend has it you can do this with freckles too
Thank you!
I dont even edit anymore but, I learned something and that deserves a sub
Damn you know everything about blender
Man you are a genius, Thanks for being (full stop)
That's really cool! Time to take my newfound knowledge and create some monstrosities :)
Legendary tutorial
That’s so cool!
soundtrack name plese
EDIT :
never mind. . . .. i found it (Joey Pecoraro - Russian Dance)
ah yes, the typical
"how do i do this"
"nevermind"
share the thing too bruv
@@prototype_11 I think it's called russian dance or something. It's in the yt no copyright music list
Duuuude, you tutorial is so good. I am not into this stuff but always warching tutorials and a lot of them are pretty bad
loved it
Neat trick for Slenderman-like or Bly Manor's Lady of the Lake FX shots.
Seems like there should be a much easier automated way to make that mesh. What do you think? Like a "project triangle mesh onto verts from camera" tool
Thanks so much!!!
I feel like I'm getting closer as I watch more of these. Bear with me, I've only been using blender for a month.
Here's what I'm trying to do:
1. Track some very boring face footage of me making very boring facial expressions
2. I want to bind a face rig to that footage, something generic that I can re-use. I have that part covered.
3. Use the tracking on the footage to make shape keys, that I can then re-use on different models sharing similar geometry.
I figure I could cut a week of sculpting or posing time off the top with something like that, but I'm missing a couple pieces.
1. Can I bind the empties to an existing rig?
2. How many points of reference do I need? Is there a set minimum number that makes sense? I can make a pretty elaborate face rig, I'm just not sure it's all necessary
3. Can I bind the same empties to multiple heads at the same time?
That last shot reminds me of when Neo's mouth gets sealed in the Matrix
10/10 would recommend to a friend
With my ache, I dont' even need tracking dots!!!!!
You're a God
Holy crap.. a 15 minute video in 4.5 minutes
Damn.....its very clear
all tracks are tricks 😍😍
Love it, but u gotta make another green screen tutorial. I bought one for Invisibility Is Overrated and can’t find another project to make.
Well, that was... interesting...
I should not have watched this right before going to bed...
Amazing. Now please can you help us in making a thorough guide of how to create a realistic digital human and use it as virtual influencer.
Dope!
very cool! but how did you set up the material and texture. that part kinda got skipped over.
That face swap was epic
Jabrils should see this
The just flat plane of your stabilized face is terrifying
So basically you get the same results as lockdown?? Amazing!!
Awesome
This worked yesterday now the verts are not moving with the tracks even though i hooked them?
someone please help me
CG MATTER : WHY BLENDER DON'T HAVE STANDARD COLOR BY DEFAULT ?
BLENDER GURU : WHY BLENDRR DON'T HAVE FILIMIC COLOR BY DEFAULT ?
ME : DON'T CARE ABOUT IT 😂.
I wonder why they even bother and complain at all... People who prefer to render with either 'Standard' or 'Filmic' should change it as they wish and save it in their Startup File ;)
ah yes, Dank UV Mapping
Can you make a video of how do you set up a blender to fully motion cap your face muscles and head position so you can youse this data to make your 3d charactar's head fully alive? :-)
I think making fake monolith like in Utah is so easy to made in blender, and that's why no one posted any tutorial video yet
That video where you notice how cute CGmatter is 👁️👄👁️
Well done, but how did you remove the face markers?
The bonus was the best.
I just wish I could do that in real life.....
Nice 👍🏼
Can you make animations like this for example walk cycles etc.
bro what thing you use to add point on your face in the video clip paper, tap etc
Motion vectors? I've seen this used amazingly in animation with Disney's Paper-man tool Tech demo , "motion pasting" in-between. Frames, for us artists out there
hi. I have a question. how we can make a motion capture studio with motion tracking tool in blender?
Now I wonder what these would look like in filmic
You can switch Filmic to Standard and go to
FILE > Defaults > Save startup file
That's how you do this
thats very advanced
how to delete the tracker on your face? I've never used it before, but I wanna try it somehow
This method definitely needs som keyboard macros or a script that can match empties to the closest vertex. Shouldn't be *that* difficult to make one for loop that iterates the items in the scene and parents them correctly.... hmmm
so I was missing the "hook" in my projects... +_+
Didn't even know it existed until now...
Thanks a lot
p.s. i donno if i am here to learn blender or just be entertained 👌
p.p.s. thanks again for including those 'beginner' level stuff: adding trackers
I Dont understand what he says or does but ı enjoy it
i know that you know how to set up a default scene in blender where you wont have to change Filmic to standard every time
you could have saved the trouble of adding vertices to every single empty and then hooking it by just using the '3d markers to mesh' option under tracking...
Cool tut but that's a lot of work! you can do this with a few clicks in after effects with mocha pro or lockdown plugin.
rather than a 30 minute tutorial it's a 5 minute tutorial i'll need to watch 6 times but thanks
Same also I have a question, how did he get the stabilization of his face onto the flat plane, I have been trying to figure it out but no matter what I do it just won't work
Anyway to take this and apply it to a 3d character?
Nice. Now I can make a Star Trek fanfilm with kkingons, but without makeup!
thumbnail looks like serial killer story videos
How much time did it take you to wash those tracking markers out?
1:48 when I'm at this stage in blender if I go to the camera view it doesn't show my video it just shows the tracks my version is 2.90 btw
Object data properties (camera tab) > check "background images" , then "Add image", Movie Clip, Browse and select your footage
Folks with freckles must feel mildly smug watching this.
How you you have the footage in the background
I'm very curious about what I can use this for, any ideas?
Any VFX that requires attachment. You can animate your actor having wounds, tattoos, or magical symbols on the body. You can recreate a scene from the first Matrix where Neo's mouth disappears. You can replace someone's face. You can add decals on a car
Holy hell that last shot is terrifying
* muffled agreeing *
@@jimmysgameclips your reply made it even better
