Sojne Fuler Bora’ or Drumstick Blossoms Fritters are very delicious and easy to make recipe. It is truly amazing! It is said that Moringa Oleifera (Drumstick Blossom) has a lots of medicinal values. It is used at the first sign of cold and it works well against pox. Other than that, Moringa Oleifera (Drumstick Blossom) contains vital amino acids and is excellent source of calcium and potassium, making them a valuable supplement for nursing mothers.
During winter time sojne phool is a very common ingredient in any bengali kitchen. Do follow the recipe & try this out at home, I am sure you will love it. We normally serve this as appetizer with ‘dal’ and steamed rice. It even tastes good as snack with a cup of tea.Enjoy!
Steps to make Sajne fuler Bora (drumsticks flower fitters) :
First wash the flowers and remove the small stems from them and then mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl. Add a little water to make a thick paste. Now heat oil in a pan and make small vadas from that thick paste and fry them in the oil. Remove the vadas as soon as they turn brown
