Is work ethic the same as being persistent?
Work ethics does include persistent, but it mainly suggests that an individual employs good/great decision making--good judgement calls- that help to enhance their work ing ability. I have worked with many people who were persistent, but their decision making skills, especially when it involved what was best for team, was poor. Their work ethics was mediocre.
