This really works! My orchids have been blooming consistently for months now. Garlic water for the roots and spider mites. The rice watter is amazing. Thank you for the natural way to care for my beautiful orchids.

No, I'm completely serious. I was gone for a week and came home to spider mites all over my orchids and a mini rose bush. I cleaned off all the webs . Sprayed them with garlic water, and their doing great. I use rice water to make them bloom, and they KEEP BLOOMING. GARLIC WATER FOR ROOTS AND RICE WATER FOR CONTINUOUS BLOOMING. Try it, I'm new at growing orchids. It really works. I love this guys videos.
@@mariad2269it does work. I use this method too. The bugs hate garlic ! And it makes them bloom like crazy!

If you use the spray method on the phalaenopsis orchids, do you dry the leaves off after spraying? If you do not dry the leaves, won't you get crown rot?

As the water drains thru the plants, do you use that same water on the next plants? Or only fresh mixed water for each plant?
I never use the same water for the next plants.
I do not use the same water either. It looks like in this video. They are capturing the water as it goes through the plants which would make it appear that they use the same water. They only make approximately one to 2 L of water with the rice in this video. That will not water very many plants.

My Orcids look very sad and are drying due to heat have tried various methods can anything else can be done?

Try garlic water. 3 cloves of garlic cut thinly and about 14 oz of water. I use washed spaghetti jars. I make 2 jars of garlic water to do all my orchids. I leave them in the water about 15 minutes. Garlic water for healthy roots and rice water for continuous blooms. I love this guys videos.
Put them in humidity trays. Take any kind of shallow tray i reuse food trays n things. Put pebbles or stones in the trays. You can buy glass stones at the dollar store. Fill them up almost to the top but not touching the orchid container cause you do not want the water to touch the bottom and it will give them the extra humidity they need.
