OMG! That happened to my husband & I with a real estate agent in Dubai too. We finally went to the police but only got back half of the amount he took from us. My tip to you is to rent an apartment but direct to owner. It is the safest way to rent in my experience. My husband works near Marina - I hope you will be open to a subscriber meet-up soon! I am so happy to finally meet a super creative person like you!❤❤
ahh I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you too, it's been a nightmare. If he's a registered estate agent there's a regulatory body called RERA that sets out rules for them and these practices are against RERA rules (yes I spend all night reading about it😂) so you can also file a RERA complaint. Dan and I would be happy to meet up with anybody living in Dubai, we would love to make friends here. You can bring your husband and we can go for coffee or something :)

Funny that I find doodling in goodnotes to be better for quick little journal doodling but find procreate to be a little harder for those simple designs but that could be my beginner artist status 😂

Yes, I would love to see more of these types of videos! I am just getting into journaling, and I am not the most creative person, but I have 3 kids and I just feel like my entire life has been all about them for so long I have forgotten all the things that I used to enjoy. And now that they are older and don't want to hang out with Mom, I just don't know what to do with myself, so these types of content really help!!

OMG!! I love Dubai and I lived there my whole life (12 years). I had to move to the UK bc of my dad’s job.. but it’s nice. But Dubai is better in my opinion. Dubai is an amazing place! Beautiful and very, very safe. Enjoy your life there! I know you’ll love it ❤

I know how you feel. Last year in April I move from Miami Florida to Costa Rica I too left a lot a thing behind because of the weight and the cost when purchase.
I know you’re hecka busy and stuff but I can’t help but ask if you can make more iPad digital plan videos? I know this sounds silly, but hit record whenever you go on your iPad to make adjustments or additions to your planner 🙏🏼 lol then add it all to your next planning video 🥹 I can’t get enough of your digital planning videos !

But ya t I like journalling videos more because in that I can have more ideas toget creative and every sing,e journaling video of your inspires me a lot . glad you like my journaling videos! ❤️ you can try dividing up each side of the page into 6 sections and fill it with a mix of photos and writing. If you look at my spread that's kind of what I did and I find that usually turns out looking ok!

Can you please make a tutorial on how to make a digital planner because I need to have a 2024 one so I’m on track because every year I forget to make one and then I’m never on track so And I’m a perfectionist so if I see a spot where it’s not written in and I didn’t do my water track and stuff I hate that so bad and I want a template like yours because it’s like neat and it’s my style i’m asking this because I can only get the free ones and for this year there’s no 2024 for free section
How do you write so perfect? My handwriting is horrible on the ipad. Is it a special feature or what? I dont understand Goodnotes that much. 😩
Try using the zoom window to zoom in, that's what I did in the video. Also you can use the handwriting to text feature that turns what you write into font ❤️ check out my goodnotes beginners tutorial

I love your intelligent ideas. It’s all way too fast for me!! Plz tell me how to start with -#1. Then # 2… and so on. It just to fast for my learning skills!! I can drive a forklift with a unit of 2x4s. I can dance the waltz, rumba, swing, foxtrot! I ski alpine in high school and college, and I run my family business since my beautiful 😢husband died of cancer…yet these tutorials are both awesome and too fast and not specific to my day to day changing needs. WTD. What to do??????
