Surah 003: Âli-'Imrân (The Family of 'Imrân) Part 1: Introduction - سورة آل عمران
An overview of the third surah in the Quran. A Christian delegation from Najran travels to Medinah to meet with Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in what is considered the first interfaith dialog between Muslims & Christians. Like the previous surah, Al-Baqarah, the chapter reiterates the fact that Allah is the source of divine revelation and affirms the belief in Allah as the only Lord and Islam as His only accepted religion.
