Ingredients:
Serve 4.
Caramel
50 g Sugar
1 1/2 TBSP Water
1 TSP Lemon juice (Optional)
Flan
3 eggs + 1 yolk
375 ml Milk Full cream / Whole Milk
4 TBSP Sugar (Can add 1 - 2 TBSP more depending on sweetness)
1 TSP Vanila Extract

Using agar agar will make it more like a Panna Cotta dessert and we don't think that our recipe is suitable with agar agar but the process is more or less the same except no baking at all.. just place in ramekins and let set 🤗 let us know how it goes if ever you try! Thanks for watching ❤

Hello... you can double the ingredients but the cooking time may differ (45 mins - 1 hr)... also when placing the flan in the oven, it should be 2 sides heat (above and below) for best result 🤗 Thanks for watching ❤
