A lot of times it's some of the littlest things that can be so annoying. At work when they changed over to Windows 10 the shortcut for one program I use everyday moves every god damn day and I can't find a way to lock it to one spot!
I've had my drawers and dresser jam partway open (thanks jeans) and I can say for a fact that it causes unimaginable rage. That and jammed zippers
My desk drawer at work broke and had that issue. I ripped it right off to gain access. Worst thing is what I was looking for wasn’t there anyway. Oops. But the other issue the desk was poorly made and couldn’t unscrew the rails.
The drawer prank was legendary. Even allied, Jim couldn't help himself but do it.

I think David Koechner is one of those actors that mostly plays unlikeable characters to the point where I keep forgetting that he’s just playing a character. So yeah he did a good job playing the character.
I really like this clip for two reasons

I love how Jim and Dwight’s answers to Michael’s question at 3:10 perfectly sum up a big chunk of both characters personalities. Jim normally only pranks people who annoy him or he sees as jerks, which he believes justifies whatever he pulls on them. Dwight on the other hand is much more petty in nature and feels the need to do these kinds of things to re-assert a sense of dominance over them

The ending of this clip has such depth. It shows Michael's character growth. He is loyal to his "friend" but ultimately, when that friend crosses the line and insults someone he truly loves, he immediately recognises the true nature of the "friend" and cuts ties.

they really did a smart thing with changing Michael’s personality in season 2 but in a natural way.
It's all Steve. He made Michael into a complex person, which we can all relate to.

I love the little exchange between Holly and Michael at the end. “What, are you wicked smart?” “No, you are.” It’s disguised as a joke, but you can hear the sincerity in Michael’s voice. He’s acknowledging that she’s smarter than he is, and that he should have seen Packer for what he really was a long time ago. Such amazing writing and delivery.

I feel like this would be better if it went “To all the Michaels out there, remember, it doesn’t take a Holly to eliminate all the Packers from your life.” Since that encourages self-growth as opposed to dependance on someone else.
I just love Michael and Holly together. The actress portraying Holly is perfect.

All of this was just so good! Jim and Dwight teaming up, Michael’s love for Holly, and Holly cheering him up when she sees he just lost a friend... Great actors all around.

Moments like this really hooked you in to the characters. Dwight and Jim teaming up. Micheal showing how much he cared about holly. Packard leaving and we were all happy about it.

The best part of this is that Jim pranks Dwight at the same Time as trying to get rid of packer.
I really felt for Michael in this scene. For so long he didn't realize what a bad influence Packer was because he was one of the only friends he had. Now he sees how alone he truly was that he didn't have anyone to warn him.

it's funny that dwight laughed off jim's drawer idea, so then jim did it to him so he would understand just how annoying it is.

I'm so glad that Michael finally saw Packer for who he really was. In a weird way, it's like seeing someone walk out of an abusive relationship of any kind. Packer has done nothing but uses Michael for amusement rather than just treat him like a person. This is a touching scene.
