    Question 1. How does the colorful color come out?
    I use Wilton, Safmaster pigment.
    Rather than mixing with one color, I mix and use several colors.
    Question 2. How many years can Lettering Cake be good?

    I think it is proportional to the amount of practice. I think it is more effective to make a lot of cakes even in a short time rather than making a few cakes in a long time.

    It's been two years since I opened my workshop. Before that, I was doing Flower Cake first.
    Question 4. Baking tool Q.n.A

    Question 5. Writing tips and coloring tips!
    It is important for me to practice writing a lot! No-How comes by itself.
    When it comes to toning, you have to mix a lot of colors. Also, not all pinks are the same pink.
    If you use only one pink color, it is difficult to produce various colors.
    After knowing how one color develops, it is good to use a combination of several colors to create a pretty color.
    Question 6. Types of Lettering Cake Cream
    I'm using Italian Butter-Cream
    Make sugar (syrup) and pour it on Meringue little by little.

    The cream used for painting is also Italian Butter Cream.
    Question 8. Where is the shop location?

    Question 13. What kind of cream do you usually use when making a cake?
    The cream used on the outside is Italian butter cream.
    I use two types of cream inside, butter cream and raw cream.

    I haven't graduated from Art College.
    Cake Design is decided by referring to existing designs or consulting with customers.

    Korean pod 1 is the pod that I use the most. It's okay to buy 10 or so when you buy one.
    In addition to the pod, I recommend a coupler (small). (You can use multiple teams alternately with one squeeze bag.)
    Question 17. I can't color the cream well.
    The butter cream used by ash is, for example,
    If the color does not develop well, you may have added too little pigment.
    There are some colors that don't look right immediately after toning, and if you look at it for a while or add warmth, the color becomes darker.

    내년에 창업을 생각하고 있는데요. 그래서 클래쓰를 배웠는데 저는 버터크림을 주로 했고 도시락케이크만 크림치즈로 배웠는데 크림치즈를 주로 하고 싶은데 그럼 전날 작업이 어렵다고 하셨어요. 애벌아이싱만 하고 당일날 디자인을 해야한다고 들었는데 크림치즈로 할 경우에는 전날 작업이 어려운가요??ㅠㅠ
