Thinking City will win the league is fine, but at least justify it objectively with facts, especially if you’re being paid a wedge to do so.

It was looking like Arsenal was going to drop points and get only 1 point but managed to squeeze in that winner on what was probably the last goal scoring opportunity. The importance of converting a point into 3 points at this stage of the league is crucial. I was astounded by the roar in the stadium. I haven't heard that loud roar at Emirates in ages. It's cheating, and it's clearly a rehearsed play. The club's should be fined and their managers given a 5 game ban. People say that Arsenal should have won easily against Bournemouth and its bad that they conceded two, yet forget that Man City conceded two against QPR who finished just 17th and won the league and its seen as one of the greatest games in PL maybe football history.
You don't even have to go back that far. Last season they were 2-0 down to 14th placed Aston Villa in the last game of the season, for 75 minutes of match time.

Arsenal have conceded some goals recently. The issue for me is that the teams are having 4 or 5 shots and scoring 2. That's a big hit rate. 4 goals from corners is an issue but I'm sure can get resolved.

Couldn’t say it any better terry. I have no issue at all with neville saying he believes city winning the league, it’s all the backhanded compliments and reluctance to praise arsenal. If city do win the league he will go on about it all summer like anyone expected arsenal to win the league and that it’s a massive failure.

It much more depends on when and where the title contenders play and the form of the team they are each playing. On the surface, City seem to have the better run in, but Man Utd yesterday, and Man Utd a week or 2 ago, were 2 completely different things.
Similarly playing Bournemouth at the beginning of the season and playing them yesterday, completely different thing also. It is a combination of form, injuries and whether you can take your chances. If it was easy to predict, it wouldn't be the most competitive league in the world. A team's performance can change dramatically from one week to the next. A win is a win, and every win counts the same.

Arsenal fan here: I think City are favourites to win the league it's only 5 points, Arsenal look great and I hope they win but the reality is 5 points just isn't a good enough gap. They're capable of beating anyone and the reality is after dropping back to back points they fought back and showed some great resilience. This team has comradery and that will propel them forward in this race.

Reasons to not listen to Gary Neville:
- he predicted Arsenal to struggle to make the Top 4 before the start of this season
- he said Arsenal have "no leaders", even though they have Zinchenko (Ukraine captain), Odergaard (Norway captain), Xhaka (Swiss captain) and Partey (Ghana captain)
- he said the league would be between City and Liverpool again
- he said that Spurs would be the closest challenger to City and Liverpool
- he said (once Liverpool started the season poorly), that City would win the league by around 15 points
- recently said that City would win the league and United would finish second.
You'd think as one of the most decorated trophy winners in football history, Neville would actually have gained some intelligence, but this is a guy that gave up being a football manager after a bad spell with Valencia.
So why should anyone listen to him anymore?
He hated the fact that City and Liverpool dominated for the past five seasons and it's even worse now that Arsenal could possibly win the league. That's why he's so biased and can't call it as most people see it. It's impossible for him to be impartial.

They also conveniently ignore the fact that a Bournemouth player went down pretending to be injured the moment extra time started, and even some commentators pointed this out during the match, and considering all the time wasting since the first goal was scored, the ref could have given 20min and it would still have been fair.
